As customer, I had no time or reason to harass anyone but I was trying to figure out why I paid $175 (with VSP insurance) for Eye Exam that should get me the Prescription but then they charge my $90 for getting me the prescription??? This is really excessive Of course reading their message I will call my insurance VSP about this provider. We did eye exam for 20 years and no other Eye Centers behave like this!

I wear glasses from the moment I open my eyes and never thought to wear contacts just to try on frames, but that idea was absolutely genius it made the whole process clearer, literally. Jay was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, really listening to what I liked and didn't. He explained everything so clearly, even more than I thought I needed especially when it came to my new prescription and lens options. He even checked my vision benefits and made sure to maximize them for me. The warranty on the frames and lenses is unheard of.
