They were unable to complete my eye exam and they wanted me to return at which point I would have to pay a second time. It didn't sound right to me and I told them that. I never went back but they still gave me a prescription. A prescription that was incorrect. I went to a new eye doctor and I was informed of this. I've been driving around for over a year with imperfect vision. On top of that the person behind the desk is rude and has no customer service skills at all.

Walking in, the gentleman was very kind and greeted me as soon as he finished with the previous customer I came in because I made a call to see if they had what I needed, the lady said yes so I drove over. I needed the strap for glasses. The gentleman helped me pick out a suitable pair and he offered to attach them to my shades. I was more than appreciative. The rep was very engaging and willing. They have lots of name brand frames for your liking. Even though there are 3 vision dealers almost next door to each other, this one did the job for me, no hassle. He needed an eye exam because, I noticed how close he was looking at the computer screen, for virtual learning. Dr. Deutscher, went above and beyond to first make him feel safe and comfortable. She carefully listened to my concerns, and then used her immense knowledge base, to implement different ways to have my son focus, and respond to her during the exam. She explained the results of each part of the exam, conferred with me on eyeglass prescriptions, and most of all, she was extremely patient while doing it.
