Walking in, the gentleman was very kind and greeted me as soon as he finished with the previous customer I came in because I made a call to see if they had what I needed, the lady said yes so I drove over. I needed the strap for glasses. The gentleman helped me pick out a suitable pair and he offered to attach them to my shades. I was more than appreciative. The rep was very engaging and willing. They have lots of name brand frames for your liking. Even though there are 3 vision dealers almost next door to each other, this one did the job for me, no hassle. He needed an eye exam because, I noticed how close he was looking at the computer screen, for virtual learning. Dr. Deutscher, went above and beyond to first make him feel safe and comfortable. She carefully listened to my concerns, and then used her immense knowledge base, to implement different ways to have my son focus, and respond to her during the exam. She explained the results of each part of the exam, conferred with me on eyeglass prescriptions, and most of all, she was extremely patient while doing it. Parents should not hesitate to bring their children in!

Jay was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, really listening to what I liked and didn't. He explained everything so clearly, even more than I thought I needed especially when it came to my new prescription and lens options.
