I never went back but they still gave me a prescription. A prescription that was incorrect. I went to a new eye doctor and I was informed of this. I've been driving around for over a year with imperfect vision. On top of that the person behind the desk is rude and has no customer service skills at all.

He needed an eye exam because, I noticed how close he was looking at the computer screen, for virtual learning. Dr. Deutscher, went above and beyond to first make him feel safe and comfortable. She carefully listened to my concerns, and then used her immense knowledge base, to implement different ways to have my son focus, and respond to her during the exam. She explained the results of each part of the exam, conferred with me on eyeglass prescriptions, and most of all, she was extremely patient while doing it.
