EXCELLENT AND ON TIME SERVICE!…read more This week I had my 13-year-old Chevy Traverse LTZ serviced at the Cloverly Citgo. This was my first experience working with Asif and Waseem as I typically handle my vehicles' service myself. Unfortunately, I needed items addressed quickly so the vehicle could be taken on an unexpected trip. I asked for a quote to have the following done: remove/replace both rear hub bearings and remove/replace rotors and pads. They quoted a reasonable price and a very quick turnaround of done by 5PM the next day. I dropped off my vehicle, and it was done before 3PM the next day. The price paid was the price on the estimate, plus the cost of a new rear caliper, as one was seized. In addition, they cleaned and adjusted my parking brakes, which haven't worked well since the last time I did the rear brakes. AGAIN - - - EXCELLENT AND ON TIME SERVICE!

After the service, my car was performing significantly worse and became difficult to drive home safely. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service I received and the condition in which my vehicle was returned to me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business and encourage customers to carefully inspect their vehicles after any work is completed.

The other day I went and the gas was advertised as $2.60 for cash for 89 plus; however, I paid $2.70. I went back in for a refund and the lady said she couldn't do anything. I took some pictures and a video so that it had exact location time and also kept my receipt because I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. not only is this false advertisement but it's illegal and I'm beginning to wonder how many times has this happened and I've been unaware because I'm usually on the phone or in a rush. Needless to say I will be taking my business to Laura where gas is just cheaper. I don't drive a lot so the gas sat in my tank for a few days after I filled up but when I did finally need to drive this weekend for work, my car was really struggling and I ended up having to pull over and be towed to my local mechanic, causing me to miss work. After their evaluation, they told me I had "more water than gas in the gas tank" and it was going to be $800 to fix the damage caused by the contaminated gas. I have reached out to the station, left my name and number, but have not heard back. I will be avoiding this gas station in the future, advising friends and family to avoid this station, and advising YOU to avoid this station as well.

I did read that a reviewer mentioned an employer not implementing or wearing a mask while running the convenience store inside. I had two tires replaced here and was charged $470, which already felt excessive. What made the…read moreexperience worse was being told that I needed to purchase all four tires just to program the tire pressure sensors. After doing some research, that information is simply not accurate. TPMS sensors can be relearned or replaced individually and do not require buying four new tires. This felt very misleading and made me question the honesty of the service. On top of that, my tire pressure light was still on after I left. I would strongly advise others to get a second opinion before agreeing to any work here.
