He hopped in the car and drove 1 yard, immediately told me what he thought it was, and warned me to avoid driving the rest of the weekend as grinding the wheel in extreme heat was risky. He said to come back first thing Monday morning to get it lifted up and properly examined. Came back Monday and the team figured out I needed to replace the caliper and brakes. Price was fair and they said they could do it same day within 3 hours, so I let them work on it and had them do an oil change as well. I'm very grateful for Brian and his team, taking the time to explain what was actually needed and why, and not overselling me on additional services. I'm so glad I finally found a new trusted mechanic! Will definitely take my car to Brian and the team for all future maintenance services.

Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. After they placed my wheels on they then told me that all of my sensors were no good and that it would cost $1750 to replace each sensor. The problem there, the system worked just fine before taking it in for them to service. Understand that my uncle is a mechanic, he just doesn't like servicing toes. When I told him what happened, he told me they must have damaged my TPSM system and gave me that price so they wouldn't have to repair it. I believe he is right because the cost for each ranges from $25-$110 depending on Mopar or after market parts. I will NEVER go to this business again and warn anyone who chooses to.

It was definitely not a mistake on my part because I clearly saw the light come on showing $2.439. I'm reporting this as a matter of principle because I am fortunate enough to earn a decent living and the $14.65 is not critical for my day-to-day survival. I discussed this with the station attendant with no real solution reached. In fact, my credibility and truthfulness was questioned, which is a feeling that is a million times worse than losing $14.65. My advice to anyone who goes to Four Corners Citgo is to take a picture of the pump so that you have proof of the gas that was pumped. I live in the same neighborhood so will be telling all of my friends and neighbors to be aware if they do use the Four Corners Citgo facility. Thank you. But looking all around and under the car, couldn't see anything. My husband was able to get partially under the car and see a small patch of fur stuck up in a panel on the underside of the car but couldn't remove the panel it was stuck under due to a stripped bolt and couldn't get far enough under the car to quite reach it. Once inside the car, I realized the smell was permeating the interior as well. It was so bad, that if I didn't get it removed, I wasn't going to be able to use the car. I called about a dozen places- dealerships, auto repair shops, body shops to see if anyone could do anything to rectify it. No one was able to get me on their schedule for weeks or in some cases over a month. One person even laughed at me over the phone!! Until I spoke to Noah at the BP. They were booked solid, but when I explained the situation he said to come on over...no promises but he'd (personally) take a look and see if he could help. He was a bit hesitant about the stripped bolt...not wanting to damage the panel but was able to successfully remove the panel, remove the source of the foul odor (dead critter) and saved my car! He (Noah, the manager) took care of it himself. He didn't even pull it into the shop to put on a lift! And he didn't bill me for it! This guy is unbelievable. He is professional, pleasant, empathetic and just an all around good guy!

Also, you will receive a decent amount of time for your $2.75. 2. Gas prices are usually lower or about the same price compared to other places in the general vicinity. But the pump area is very well lit, easy enough to get in and out of, and most important, the pumps dispense gas way faster than the ones at the other two Four Corners gas stations. Honestly it's my main reason for going there even though it's a little more expensive.
