When i took it back to the station, they said all the Freon had leaked out and wanted $200 to put the Freon back in the system. Since i only used the A/C for a few months in the warm weather and now all the Freon leaked out, i consider the repair to be defective.

Of course, the dealers six's their sales team on me immediately. Mike and the team at Burnt Mills, their initial conclusion was similar. But they didn't stop problem solving. This team worked the problem until they found a solution that didn't involve me taking out a second mortgage or trading in an upside down vehicle. I can't thank them enough for their willingness to work through my problem and come up with the right solution. Most professionals, in any line of work, would not go the extra mile like this team. I recently had my Tahoe fixed there, another gas station close to my house (see my other Yelp review) had wanted to bilk me $1400 to change drums, rotors, and pads, and it was really just an ABS sensor/bearing issue. It was correctly diagnosed and fixed by Bird for $215. Great job!!

It's a bit tough getting in and out because it's on a busy road (Route 29) and small. It was on the way to work and convenient so I gave it a shot. Since I knew it was such a small repair, I ordered the replacement part myself and looked around for a repair shop that would be able to do it quickly. I had heard good things about the BP Wheaton and so decided to try them out. I was not disappointed! I dropped the vehicle off without an appointment and Noah told me when they would be able to get to it (the same day) and the cost. They were able to complete it at the estimated time, and charge me for less than the original estimate! Overall I'm very happy with the service and customer service and will happily use them again.
