This was my first experience working with Asif and Waseem as I typically handle my vehicles' service myself. Unfortunately, I needed items addressed quickly so the vehicle could be taken on an unexpected trip. I asked for a quote to have the following done: remove/replace both rear hub bearings and remove/replace rotors and pads. They quoted a reasonable price and a very quick turnaround of done by 5PM the next day. I dropped off my vehicle, and it was done before 3PM the next day. The price paid was the price on the estimate, plus the cost of a new rear caliper, as one was seized. In addition, they cleaned and adjusted my parking brakes, which haven't worked well since the last time I did the rear brakes. AGAIN - - - EXCELLENT AND ON TIME SERVICE!

Dumb move as that process only causes more issues. clogged water jackets internally, clogged heater core and radiator. although I drove the car to the shop I was unable to drive it home. broke down twice do to water pouring out. Picture is what it looked like as I finally made it to my parking spot. 780.00 dollars for what? Replaced water pump myself as the car was now totally broke down and had to replace a clogged up radiator. I am sure more damage due to stop leak installed by shop is yet to come.

Beware of Shady Practices - State Inspection Concerns…read more I took my car to this Liberty station for a Maryland State Inspection on September 11th, 2024, and unfortunately, I had a very questionable experience. Before handing over my car, I thoroughly checked everything myself and was confident that the car was in great condition. However, after the inspection, I received a call from the station manager telling me that my 3rd brake light (the center light) was out and that there was a leak with one of the rods. I was shocked because I had just checked all the lights, and everything was working fine. When I asked about the cost to fix the alleged leak, I was told it would be over $900. I decided not to go through with the repairs and picked up my car. A few days later, I took it to another nearby station for a second opinion. Before dropping the car off, I checked the brake light again and discovered that the 3rd brake light had been pulled out of its housing and clipped. I couldn't fix it immediately due to a fractured hand and informed the second station about it during the dropoff. My car had actually failed the inspection only because of the brake light--nothing else was wrong with the car, and there were no leaks. After fixing the brake light, I returned to the second station and my car passed the inspection without issue. The whole experience from the Liberty station felt extremely shady. I'm concerned that they were trying to overcharge me for repairs that weren't necessary and even fabricated the issue with the brake light. ***Like I said earlier, I checked the car out before dropping the car off. For anyone who isn't mechanically inclined, I would strongly recommend being cautious when dealing with this station. I don't know if this is a common practice here, but it's certainly left me with serious doubts about their honesty.

Of course, the dealers six's their sales team on me immediately. Mike and the team at Burnt Mills, their initial conclusion was similar. But they didn't stop problem solving. This team worked the problem until they found a solution that didn't involve me taking out a second mortgage or trading in an upside down vehicle. I can't thank them enough for their willingness to work through my problem and come up with the right solution. Most professionals, in any line of work, would not go the extra mile like this team. Mike's team seemed to enjoy the process and I couldn't be happier with the result.

I didn't have an appointment but experienced no wait. They attended to my concern right away, looked at the tire that was triggering the light and did a thorough check. They didn't find any nails or leaks. They topped off all 4 tires with air, and also took the time to explain why they think the light came on (weather/temp). They told me to keep an eye on the tire pressure for the next couple weeks and bring it back if the light comes back on and stays on so that they can dismount the tire and do a further inspection. My card is active and good; the guy behind me paid cash (I had none) and the two cars in the lane closest to the station used their cards and went on their merry way. No one from the station came out and it was raining , so I didn't want to take any more time and get wet to try to walk over to get any help when all pumps should be working. If not, signs should be displayed. Very disappointing and since I often start on the road earlier than 9, I don't have he time to mess with staff to keep their pumps operational for all. Looks like they don't need my business. Very unfortunate.
