The previous mechanic was beloved in the community, and change always makes folks a bit uneasy. As an avid Yelper, I usually need a few glowing reviews before trying a new spot. But this time, I just drove in and hoped for the best. And you know what? I'm so glad I did. The new owner greeted me personally and reassured me they'd take good care of my vehicle. They put my car up on the lift, and--yep--my worst fears were confirmed: both rotors and pads needed replacing. But here's the thing--Eddie, the mechanic, not only fixed my brakes, he also took care of a tire that had a nail in it *free of charge.* Talk about going above and beyond. They treated me like a valued customer from the moment I walked in, and more importantly, they earned my *trust.* That's not easy to do these days, but Cloverly Citgo did it. We first started with a mechanic (cousin, brother not sure which but he was great too) who was injured in an accident at which point Khalani took over. Since I was 16 I've taken all of my cars here (a VW and two BMWS) for just about everything and they've always done an incredible job. They get down to the problem and fix it cheaper than the dealership when it involves ordering special parts. They also really get the niches of certain cars (including the Rolls that was there for ages) which isn't something you'd expect here. While their work is great they also go above and beyond. They've gone so far as coming to my house to fix my car (or at least get it started to take to their garage) when my car wouldn't move. They're my go to and honestly I don't know what I'd do without them. Tip though: K takes lunchtime quite seriously. Don't bother him between 12-1! Great work and so very happy to be a long time customer.
