Their representative came out, listened to what we wanted, and gave us a competitive quote that beat the three other companies we had contacted. They handled the city permit and made the entire process easy. We wanted three ceiling fans, so our only task was to choose and purchase them before installation day. The crew completed the installation in just one day, and I was impressed with both the workmanship and how efficiently they worked. If you notice exposed wiring above the fans in my video, it was temporarily left uncovered for the city's electrical inspection. Everything passed, and they returned to cover the wiring afterward. The customer service has been just as impressive. Everyone has been patient, helpful, and communicative throughout the process. Elizabeth has been my main point of contact, and she has consistently answered my calls and texts and followed up with me over the months. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. Thank you, Will and Elizabeth, you guys are the best! I highly recommend Bravo Patio Covers.

There's a reason Ivan and his team have so many 5-star reviews: they deliver exceptional work at a…read moreprice that's hard to beat. I received multiple quotes and had several contractors visit my home, but Ivan stood out immediately. He was friendly and upfront about what he was offering. While some contractors were vague about the permitting process, Ivan made it clear from the very beginning that permits were the right way to go and guided me through the process every step of the way. That transparency gave me a lot of confidence in choosing his company. One challenge with my project was that my backyard already had stone pavers installed. Ivan and his team carefully trenched the area, installed the required concrete footings, and then replaced the pavers so seamlessly that you would never know they had been removed. Their attention to detail was impressive. Ivan also provided valuable recommendations to help the patio cover withstand the high winds and extreme temperatures we experience in our area. Throughout the project, he was patient with all of my questions and my constant desire to check on the progress. As a homeowner excited about a major improvement, I appreciated his willingness to explain things and keep me informed. What I especially appreciated was that Ivan himself was actively involved in the work. It wasn't a situation where the person who sold the job disappeared and handed everything off to a crew. Ivan was there, working alongside his team and ensuring everything was done right. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship, fair pricing, honesty, and professionalism, I highly recommend Ivan and his team. I'm extremely happy with the finished patio cover and would not hesitate to hire them again.

Then life got in the way and delayed the project. We called Tony recently and he came out to refresh his memory and his new quote wasn't that far off from the old one. How's that for an honest man. He gives it to you straight. No upselling, no trying to talk you into something you don't want. He listens to what you want, gives his advice and you end up with a nice patio cover. Mike and Sergio really know how to do a great job. The first day, they came in, took down the old patio cover and left the patio clean and free of debris. I found that amazing considering the amount of dried up wood and splinters that were raining down on them. When it was time to install the new cover, they came back and did the job efficiently and with no problems. Again they left the patio clean. You can't go wrong with this company.
