We had multiple projects with him, that we had started around July 2024, that consisted of landscaping our front yard, with rocks, & desert friendly plants, Palm trees, & Crepe Myrtle trees, which I look forward to watching grow & bloom each Spring! Israel & his crew also did landscaping work in our backyard, grading our property, eliminating tumble weeds, etc., & putting in rocks to eliminate dust & allergens from weeds down in a back drive- way & trailer parking area, & he also installed artificial sport turf, which looks beautiful, & is great for our grandchildren & our dog to safely play on. The turf holds up well, easy to keep clean & to maintain. Israel & his crew also designed & created in our front yard, along with other landscaping needs & planing beautiful plants & trees, as I've mentioned above, a beautiful rock riverbed stream along our front side yard where we have three mature trees along the fence line. This rock riverbed stream Israel inserted runs dry in good weather, but runs with rainfall water during rain storms, & looks beautiful wet or dry, & prevents property flooding during heavy rain storms, by guiding the rain water out to the street to city flood drains. We have had one rain storm & thus has proved to work & do it's job as planned. My property is beautiful, & I enjoy looking out & spending time, at both, my front & backyard. I especially appreciate that my property no longer has dirt & tumble weeds that induce & trigger major allergy asthma attacks in me. Thank you so much Israel Arzate, for your willingness to work with us, & to create such a beautiful look for my property. Andy & I are throughly pleased. You & your crew were very pleasant to work with. I am so glad I found you for our Landscaping needs. I also hired Israel's brother, Samual Arzate, for consistent twice monthly yard maintenance, at a very reasonable fee. Samual Arzate does awesome great work as well. Payment methods are easy as well, which I have paid both, Israel & Samual Arzate, by check, and or Zelle. I am very pleased with my interaction with Israel, & his work, & I will be calling on Israel Arzate & his Evergreen Landscaping company to do future concrete & fencing & gating, & a bit more landscaping in our backyard in the future. I recommend Israel Arzate & his Evergreen Landscaping for all of your landscaping needs, which includes plants & trees, & landscape irrigation, rocks, curb work, fencing, gates, concrete, & block wall work, & so much more. I also highly recommend for yard maintenance, Israel's brother, Samual Arzate.

Our home has orange peel textured walls, and Rudy not only repaired areas with putty and previous damage -- he blended everything so seamlessly, you'd never know the walls were touched. His attention to detail is amazing. We also have a transitioning arch hallway with different paint colors, and he executed the lines perfectly -- clean and crisp, with no bleeding or flaws. Rudy was also incredibly flexible when we made a last-minute change to the color scheme in my pantry and added extra door painting. Despite the added work, he finished right on schedule and his prices were very reasonable in comparison to other quotes. P.S The review from Cali S. Below is total nonsense and exaggerated! He was working in our home when he got his call. We heard the whole conversation, the person was pressuring for an estimate with little to no details on cabinets. Rudy asked for more details for an estimate and the person got rude and disrespectful. I don't see why anyone who owns a business would risk committing to a job with no details, he did the right thing and the caller was unreasonable. I can't recommend Rudy and Dura Coats enough -- skilled, reliable, and a total pleasure to work with! We will be using them for any future work!

He came by the same day since he had availability. He answered every question I had, showed me what he recommended needing patch work and such - was just very thorough and took his time unlike another person I got a quote from who rushed through things. I really appreciated that. The paint job overall was beyond what I could expect. He did a color consult with me and really took his time to explain how certain colors would look, gave recommendations and educated me on how things would turn out. Anything I wanted to ask about, he either answered or quickly handled. When the job was done, he was more than willing to go through the rooms with me, touch up anything that needed to be touched up and left no stone unturned. I can't say enough good things about Dura Coats. He was punctual and was very communicative throughout. Each day he would walk me through his plans which I appreciated. He was very fair on price, too. I'll definitely use him again.

The crew made significant progress on the project each day, and they finished in the exact amount of time that Fili estimated they would--and that's with an add on that we asked for after the start date. They removed and replaced over 100ft of wooden fencing, built a retaining wall, added electrical outlets, and layed cement all in just a week!
