Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. From the moment they arrived, they got right to work and did not waste a single minute. I was honestly impressed by how quickly they packed/moved everything while still being careful with my furniture & boxes. Avoid them at all costs! 7/14: Yes, accidents happen, we understand that and asked your company to make good on them. A $120 gesture of "goodwill" isn't reimbursement in full, it's a slap in the face that we refused. I recently submitted my transaction number to BBB because Two Men and a Truck tried to shirk responsibility by saying they did not have a client with my name...but my official client name was given to the BBB so Two Men and a Truck had no excuse for pretending not to know me. Besides, the transaction took place only a few days before my complaint and review. They knew. As I mentioned in my previous review, Two Men and a Truck had a changeover in their finance department and dropped the ball on my auto draft ...resulting in a big financial snafu ...and my furniture and other storage items had rat holes chewed into them and water damage...there were broken paintings and moldy items ...so many types of damage. Normally they offer $.60 per pound of destroyed items. Yet they only offered me a total of $100. Only $100! My chest of drawers alone weighed more than 100 pounds! Chunks of wood were missing from it and water damage was all along the bottom ...not only were items broken and damaged, but several items were missing! Even one of the mover guys, Carlos, seemed embarrassed that so much damage had been done, and he tried to get them to reimburse me, but he had no power to do so. Therefore, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again, and had I taken the time to read the reviews in the first place, I would have steered clear... I have already dissuaded a few people from making the mistake I did, and if you are looking for a moving/storage company, I suggest you steer clear, as well. Trust me... If you hire them, and they destroy your property or renege on their standard offer for damaged items the way the did with me, SAVE YOUR TRANSACTION NUMBER for the Better Business Bureau because Two Men and a Truck will try to pretend they never had you as a client, and they will make one of their hourly employees embarrassingly reply to your review pretending not to know you in order to save face. But with all their terrible reviews and their bad reputation, a couple of little denials from them is not going to make much of a difference, anyway. So sad. . .but Karma is not their friend.

I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.

I used them for an out-of-state move, and what could have been an incredibly stressful experience was handled by a group of motivated, friendly, professional young men who genuinely seemed to take pride in their work. I've moved enough times to know that isn't always the case. Moving is hard, physical work, and I've encountered crews elsewhere who understandably seemed overworked, rushed, or unhappy to be there. The level of care really impressed me. Every single item was properly protected with moving blankets and shrink wrap. Marble tabletops were carefully removed and handled separately. When they reached a delicate shelving unit with glass shelves, they didn't rush or take shortcuts -- they took the time to remove each piece of glass, wrap it properly, and make sure everything was transported safely. That attention to detail continued throughout the entire move. Most importantly, I never felt like I had to supervise or worry. I could see that they knew what they were doing and cared about doing it well, which allowed me to relax during a process that is normally anything but relaxing. Campbell and the team also worked with me on pricing and were very fair. One piece of advice for anyone getting a quote: take the time to provide as accurate an inventory as possible. They broke numerous boxes of dishes, glasses, lamps, and an antique globe. They scratched my hardwood floors in the new house and put scrapes and dents in the walls and doors. I paid for insurance just in case things were broken and when I reached out to the company asking how to get reimbursed for the items that were broken, floors that were scratched, and walls that were damaged I was met with silence. No response. I had three trucks and nine guys, and half the guys looked they were in high-school and one of their trucks broke down in my driveway. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Do no use them.
