Convenient for her, as all other employees in the store were wearing one. I told her I needed to process a return. She said she needed the shipping label. Which I didn't have. When I told her I didn't think I was given one. She was a total smart ass. "Well, I need some kind of label" of course you do sweetie! I know how returns work. I didn't want to hold up the line so I took a step back and started to pull up the return to see if there was a shipping label. The woman I let go in front of me didn't have a shipping label, and the girl behind the counter.(same girl) very politely and sweetly informed the woman how she can email the label to her, she can print it out, and presto she is done. My BF and so looked at each other, like whaaat! Why would she be so polite to this woman and so rude to us? So I asked the woman, can I please get a copy of that email address? She kinda tossed it to us. Now my BF and I decided to take the Blake and Ryan approach, and just simply discuss this woman's indiscretions, as if she wasn't there. We were not loud, or rude, very matter of fact. She knew of course we were talking about her. She was uncomfortable, as was everyone else. Which suited me fine. Since they all made us uncomfortable. Shame, because UPS is really losing a lot of money right now. You would think there would be more care by their in shop employees. I know their Drivers are awesome. Maybe their drivers should be training the entitled child working at this store. Thank you UPS store girl without the name tag. I also called your boss

But...sometimes this is the place where some retailers want you to use as your spot to return merchandise. Like UPS Store for Amazon and the like. Now I had to come here to do a return as the company uses "Happy Returns" This is a long and narrow store, they have a few self serve kiosks for printing/copying and the like. A few people were in here to ship things and ask questions. So since I really was not sure where to stand, I stood behind a customer and someone asked "can I help you?" I told her I needed to do a return and I showed her the QR Code and it did not work, tried it again no go, even typed it in and she even logged out of the system. Finally she asks someone is there an issue with Happy Returns and they said yes. So guess what I have to come back, with the package and my QRcode from my email on my phone. Parkleigh has saved my life by stocking all the gifts I forgot to get, didn't want to cart all the way to Western New York, or didn't even know I wanted to buy. They have something for everyone, and I truly mean that. If you can't find a gift for someone here, it's because that person doesn't like anything at all. They've got chocolates of all kinds, tea and coffee ground to order (which I wish I'd known before I'd bought mine elsewhere), beauty products, stuffed animals, coasters, books, flasks, camping gear, cookware, Bills gear, candy, and of course, socks, cards, mugs, shirts, hats, and anything else you could want with clever and funny little sayings. Seriously, so many socks. I've never seen this many socks that talk about drinking wine. But if that's something you need in your life, get over to Parkleigh. Yesterday I bought three blouses and asked a worker if I could use the self check-out or if I…read moreshould get in line for a person to help me. He said I could use the self-check out so I did. Unfortunately, when I got home, I saw that there were magnetic security tags at the bottom sides of the blouses. This was extremely inconvenient and I had hoped to wash them and start wearing them immediately. I had a busy day and rushed to the store this evening to get this fixed, and unfortunately arrived 10 minutes later than closing. I saw the same worker exiting and asked him if he could help me take out the tags on his way out and he said no, and that I had to come back again. He said sorry as I walked away. I just feel very frustrated that I need to come back a third time when this could've been wholly prevented; the self-check out machine could've informed me to go to an associate to take out the security tags before I left the store, and the security alarm could've gone off as I was leaving! What's the point of a security tag otherwise? I hope that this issue is addressed so it doesn't happen to anybody else.
