Awful company, a chosen pick up date was selected, showed up a day early, with no call ahead then charged $150 for not picking it up. Did not show up on scheduled date or day after with 0 correspondence, until I reached out to them. Then stated they will not waive the $150 extra charge as it was "my fault" and they do not guarantee call aheads or follow the date that you select for pick up. My husband and I inherited my mom's trailer when she passed away, and we had to move in quickly - which meant that we pretty much had to move in on top of her stuff. That was almost two years ago and while we have managed to sell and donate most of the stuff and get our belongings set up, we still had a shed full of junk and a bathroom to remodel. I called around and budget dumpster had the best rates. I checked out a bunch of reviews and the only negatives seemed to be from people who either didn't ask questions, or who didn't read their contract. When I called to place my order, the salesman went over exactly what was and was not allowed, my weight limit and clear instructions on when to schedule pickup. I had a 10 yard dumpster with a 1 ton limit. The day it was scheduled to be dropped off, it arrived promptly at 8am. The driver placed the dumpster with no issues, was friendly and fast. We were able to clear out the shed completely as well as remove the old bath/shower and junk out of the bathroom we're gutting well under our time limit with the dumpster. I called to schedule pickup, and this is where we hit a small hitch - it was scheduled to be picked up the next day (tuesday) and they never showed up. I was a little nervous that maybe they'd been by and I didn't see or hear them and that there was an issue (there is a charge if they can't pick up if Its my fault) so I called and was assured that even though we were passed the end of the day I was given that they were still on the road and scheduled to pick my dumpster up and that they would contact me if that changed. Well, nobody contacted me and nobody showed up! I was upset mostly because I was still worried that I forgot something and didn't want to be charged, but I received a response to my inquiry first thing in the morning with an apology for not getting back to me and the assurance that it would be picked up that day, and it was! I'd recommend Budget to anyone. They're the least expensive I found locally, and the pricing is upfront with no math to do to figure out your rate. What you are told is what you will pay. And if you do go over your weight limit, it is per ton, and VERY reasonable. (Ours was $70 per ton over. We didn't go over, but we were prepared to if needed) and this was all disclosed upfront. They also pricematch, however I didn't need to do this because they were the lowest price I could find. You do need to realize that this company contracts with local companies to provide dumpsters and dumping services, so your dumpster will be delivered by a local company with their name and number on the dumpster, but any inquiries need to go through Budget. They are extremely friendly and I have never had a problem getting through to anyone during business hours. I have spoken to them via email, phone and live chat. We will be finishing the bathroom this winter/early spring and doing a little more small remodel projects (and spring cleaning!) and we already plan on using Budget again! read more

The good: easy to work with, dumpster was dropped off and picked up exactly as stated. The bad: do the math. They might seem like the cheapest dumpster solution, but the weight limits on their dumpsters pretty much guarantees you will be charged another 100 bucks after pickup. I chose a 15yd dumpster with a 1 ton limit, and ended up putting 2.5 tons of deck/wood material in it, and there was still room to spare, which gives you an idea of how much it can hold versus the weight restriction they apply. Critical: Professionalism The ordering, delivering, and pick up of the dumpster was great. However I was told if any overage I would receive an invoice in a week or so. I would then have 14 days to pay and if not paid they would process payment on my card on file. If nothing else is owed I would not receive anything further. This was on 04/19/21 when the dumpster was picked up. I heard nothing from Budget Dumpster. Then 06/03/21 my bank called me about a payment trying to be processed from Budget Dumpster and wanted to know rather it was authorized. I told them no and then 30 minutes afterwards I received a invoice via email from them. So well over a month later you try and process a overage payment and didn't even send me an invoice 1st? This is very unprofessional accounting and the explanation you provide is your billing department is running behind. This is not my problem and still didn't give me the invoice before you tried to process from my account. I was considering using them again but will not because of poor accounting department. I will absolutely not be recommending this company to anyone. read more

I called around several places before deciding on Budget. Waste Management was expensive and I would not deal with Suburban Disposal again due to an issue with my normal garbage pick-up. Budgets staff was friendly on the phone and the cheapest around. They delivered and picked-up dumpster on time and explained everything very clearly in their e-mailed contract. The dumpster itself was in great condition which makes a difference for anyone who has dealt with a broken gate or door before. Worst experience I've ever had with a dumpster company. I'm a contractor and when I tell homeowners a completion date, I meet my deadline... So when 8 days after the job is completed and the dumpster is still sitting in the driveway nobody is happy. It took me calling every day for a week to get it removed, every day they said it would be picked up the next day. So the homeowners with 2 kids had to park at the bottom of the snowy driveway and wall 100 yards everu time they came home. Terrible communication, terrible service. Now 2 weeks later they send me a bill for $165. So the 15 yard dumpster cost about $650 total.. update, They just let me know they refunded me $50, so there is that.. as a professional I would stay far away from Budget Dumpster, they are a detriment to business. read more

I've used this service twice now and it's been quick, easy and painless. Seems that they contract with Al's Maintenance mostly, which oddly enough is who I used before finding Budget Dumpster.
