We are a gutter cleaning customer of theirs and when we found out they now have a junk removal service we thought we would give them a try. We have used other national companies before but they were really outrageous price wise. We called them to tell them what we had, and that the items were not junk per say but good stuff people could use. They told us they needed to come see the items we wanted picked up and could quote us then. They came the next day, gave us a price that was far less then I thought and when we gave them the go ahead they picked it up right there. They told us most of the items we had would be taken To Habitat for Humanity Restore and donated, the metal, cardboard, and plastic would be recycled and the rest disposed of at the the landfill. They took away a couch, love seat, old TV, air hockey table, some random bags of clothes and a bunch of amazon boxes. They were very polite, on time, and reasonably priced. I had an upper tenant vacate a unit and leave the attic full of junk. A literal hoarders' mess. I decided to go with this company I found off Yelp because of the two reviews here and the nice receptionist who answered the phone when I called to ask for details. They were a small family owned company and I really wanted to give my business to them over a nationwide known company like 1-800 JUNK. I'm glad I did! I was across the country at the time but my lower tenant and future tenant were at my house to assist with the removal. They said the workers showed up promptly at 9am and professionally removed everything that had to go in two hours and left the attic spotless. We had a couple guys come out 2 weeks ago from A Plus Junk Removal. We had enough stuff to fill a quarter truck, that also included dismantling an upstairs treadmill, and a basement exercise bike. I felt a little bad we were adding this extra work to our load. Mike and Mike didn't bat an eye, they stayed positive even though the treadmill gave them a run for their money. Not only were we pleased with the job, we really enjoyed talking to the guys. They were so pleasant, informative, and full of good stories. I've recommended them to several people. He and his team wasted no time emptying the large house of 77 years worth of accumulations. All possess a superb work ethic, are friendly, responsive, respectful and accommodating.
