They then replied with a number I need to call to set up another appointment. I'm so confused and frustrated by their process, as it leaves customers hanging in the air. So I just decided to go elsewhere. If I make an appointment for a two-house window, I assume they would come within that window. Otherwise, what's the point of making an appointment?

(50#@ most) A 36x 30 vanity (100#) A plastic sink (5#) 3 -18x 21 shelf boards. (25#) 3 hollow core doors (each15#=45# total) 4 x 13 ft area of carpet and pad.
