This was such a great storage facility... Clean, well maintained, great customer service... Until…read morethey were purchased by a national chain. Still a good facility but they have embarked on a campaign of red tape and added fees that you have to cut through to use their services. Their vague documentation requests can be clarified and fulfilled (eventually) but they don't properly record them and the added fee notices start going out. Their customer service is absolutely befuddled and can't answer the simplest questions. Weeks of frustrating calls and emails because they are so completely inept. Save yourself the headaches and look elsewhere.

This place used to be great before it was bought and the management outsourced to a remote…read moremanagement company that has nobody on-site and farms out all calls to a call center. Outdoor RV storage went from $80/mo. 2 years ago to $120/mo. now - jumping 10% -20% every 6 months under new ownership so beware - what you pay now won't be anything close to what you pay in a year. As bad as that was, what really got me was that I had been a customer for 2.5 years and when I called today to temporarily cancel my contract for an outdoor parking because my RV is going South for the Winter I was told I had to go back out to the site and take a picture of the parking spot because they have no way to know if I left. This wasn't a requirement of the lease I signed, mind you, because that company had management on-site so this wouldn't have been necessary. When I let the call center know I was already out of town and this would be very difficult and asked for an exception, they threatened to put a lien on the account and report me to credit bureaus...for not taking a picture of the spot. I won't rent here again - not under this management.

Upon arrival the clerk immediately gave me a hard time, spouting federal law regarding propane tanks. Most of my family works for the gas company, I don't need to be gaslit by a 20yo with misinformation. She then said she didn't have an attachment to fill bigger tanks and I was out of luck. 2 hrs of my day gone and 40 miles on my truck for that shit show. Expect a bill for my time and mileage.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I rented a trailer to transport a car and when I got to my destination…read moreI noticed one of the ramps were missing. I called to notify them right away it and when I returned the trailer they tried to charge me for it. The still picture they provided of me leaving the U-Haul facility clearly shows the absent ramp, now I have to deal with claim audits to resolve this issue. The incompetent store manager McKenzie lacks customer service skills and common sense. She should be retrained or better yet, terminated. She just kept implying that I stole "ONE RAMP", her claim is absurd. First of all, why would anyone take one ramp, secondly, if a ramp fell off the trailer it would not have gone unnoticed, especially in the highway. Last, her derogatory tone should be addressed by her district manager. This place offers mediocre service and I would not recommend it at all.
