Still a good facility but they have embarked on a campaign of red tape and added fees that you have to cut through to use their services. Their vague documentation requests can be clarified and fulfilled (eventually) but they don't properly record them and the added fee notices start going out. Their customer service is absolutely befuddled and can't answer the simplest questions. Weeks of frustrating calls and emails because they are so completely inept. Save yourself the headaches and look elsewhere.

As bad as that was, what really got me was that I had been a customer for 2.5 years and when I called today to temporarily cancel my contract for an outdoor parking because my RV is going South for the Winter I was told I had to go back out to the site and take a picture of the parking spot because they have no way to know if I left. This wasn't a requirement of the lease I signed, mind you, because that company had management on-site so this wouldn't have been necessary. When I let the call center know I was already out of town and this would be very difficult and asked for an exception, they threatened to put a lien on the account and report me to credit bureaus...for not taking a picture of the spot. She just kept implying that I stole "ONE RAMP", her claim is absurd. First of all, why would anyone take one ramp, secondly, if a ramp fell off the trailer it would not have gone unnoticed, especially in the highway.
