Fran gave an estimate, both cost and time, and honored both. She is efficient and easy to work with. Fran cleaned out an elderly relative's house in preparation for a sale. It was not a hoarding situation, but there was a large workshop with some heavy workbenches and large tools. Fran's crew took care of it all. The house and detached garage were left immaculate. I live several hours away, and could not be present, and Fran kept me in the loop with texts and photos. I cannot recommend Fran highly enough. The first time they moved me was out of a rental where my upstairs bathroom ceiling fell into my living room and I had to vacate immediately for repair. Al got me in on a Saturday afternoon asking his guys to put me on the end of the day, making a short Saturday a long full Day for them! Some of my stuff was going to storage and some to families house. They were very helpful understanding and patient while I sorted through everything and helped me pack all mine and my kids things! When we got to my families home, the guys removed a medical bed out of my grandparents spare room and into their basement for storage. The second time they moved me was picking up from storage and my families house into a new place. Everything was placed into the designated rooms for me so I didn't have to swap all my furniture and boxes around myself. I really appreciated this, being a woman with children, this made it so easy for me to unpack and get settled! They also put the medical bed back and put it back together once my property was cleared from the space. My 3rd move with them was about 4 years later (December 2023) into a 3rd floor apartment in winter time. The company was on time, fast and handled my things with care. Even moving some of the furniture around when I changed my mind on placement so I didn't scratch my new hardwood floors! Kurry Ken and Mike are Great! You can definitely tell this is a family owned business by how genuine the workers are, they handle your property like it is their own. My bed wouldn't fit into my new place, Mike disassembled it in the yard in the cold and brought it inside and put the whole thing back together for me! I will forever use this company. HIGHLY recommend!

On 11/07/16 my furniture finally arrived in Florida after leaving PA on 10/24. The driver, Mosely, and his assistant were professional, polite, and very pleasant. Only 1 small item was damaged. I emailed Sam to file a claim for that item, but never heard back. It isn't worth the time to stress over this company an further. From what should have been a 3-7 business day delivery took almost 11 business days, (my delivery was at 6:45pm) but that isn't as bad as other reviews I have read. I closed my case with the BBB after my delivery and only because there was no significant damage. I still would not recommend this company.

I have had NO updates on the location of all of my belongings and Carl and manager Jon do NOT care at all. I have never ever been treated so poorly as a customer and this nightmare still isnt over. God only knows if Im going to receive my stuff, and I've been honestly afraid to leave a review because I fear retaliation. I'm beginning to believe they are going out of business and simply dont care- I can't make sense of this kind of service otherwise. You can tell the people behind the counter have done many returns before because they know exactly what they're doing. All I have to do is hand them the envelope and the return label and they're done within minutes . I go during the right time of the day which is about 10am, So there are no long lines and i don't have to wait. Thank you UPS for making my day easier.
