So she called and left a message and no one responded so I assumed I could just show up. I showed up during their hours and no one was here. I decided to call and the woman on the phone was extremely passive aggressive saying like "well obviously no one is there you need to schedule an appointment" so I scheduled an appointment for the following day. We waited there for a good 20 minutes past when our appointment was and no one showed and we called twice to no avail. Awful customer service.

I was traveling and my son was going to get something from the unit and he called me to tell me the lock was off the unit and it looked like someone ripped open all the boxes to see what was there for the taking. When I got back in town I moved my items to a secure climate controlled place. There were carpenter ants in two of the dressers which had to be discarded and even though I emptied the unit by the end of the month I didn't give them 30 days notice so I had to pay for the next month and then wait another 2 months before I could get my security deposit back.
