There has been a truck reserved for me every time I ask. And the fees are adequately explained in advance. I even got assistance when I did not ask for it since I was flying solo and trying to move a 9 foot sofa by myself. (Thank you Jesse.) I will say after reading several negative reviews - I do happen to be what some would might say a privileged white woman. If I thought for a minute the great customer service was delivered to me because of my race - I would certainly go elsewhere. I can only hope this is not the case. No room for racism anywhere. He made a stressful move seem like I was freaking out all by myself because the storage situation was simple and just a breeze once we set everything up. I also was helped while back in the office by David as well who was just as nice and they are just good guys. Didn't make it a goal to upsell everything when they could've. So yes I would recommend this extra storage with 2 guys in particular because I enjoyed my experience with them and am satisfied with this location so far. Hopefully this helps someone! The advertisement for this company is great and very persuasive. My personal experience was not so…read moregreat. Because I was having my home renovated I needed short term storage services. I booked my appointment and identified the items I wanted stored however, once they actually stored my belongings I got a message that I would actually need a larger storage space. The actual space is never shown to you in any way. The also are supposed to itemize what you store with them with photo proof. When I saw my itemized photos it showed the boxes but not the items inside and some were duplicated. Immediately complained when I noticed the duplications and I was thankful I didn't store my computer with them because they would have easily gone "missing". Then the day I requested my belongings to be returned. My couch is returned with a broken leg which the movers on site took immediate responsibility for. I had purchased insurance through there company so I make a claim. However, if the claim is approved for $150.00 which is way below estimates I submitted and didn't fact in transport of the item. Once again I submit a complaint and they say that they don't cover transport or onsite repair fees. I took the $150.00 but I would never work with this company nor would I recommend them to a friend or even an enemy. Nothing was honest or upfront about the entire process. Never again!

They were amazingly fast! They were very talented when it came to getting large items out of doors…read moreand around corners. They also had to manually hoist my mattress, wooden desk, and wooden file cabinet up to the second floor. The only stairs up to the second floor were spiral which made it impossible to use for these large items. They securely wrapped all of my furniture before it left the apartment. 2 of the guys also helped me put together some Metro shelving because the TV had to be placed on it. They were very professional and extremely efficient.
