This location does not repeat does not have an elevator! No matter what customer service line tells you it DOES NOT have an elevator. There is one push cart at on the top level. It does have climate control. Warning you must stay moving in the main corridor or the lights will turn out. I was stuck in the back of my unit in pure blackness organizing. So bring a flashlight. There are no lights in the units themselves. The lady in the office was very kind when my card was stolen and waived late fee. But you must pay before the 5th of the month or instant charge. I rented this space 4 years ago at a good rate but with insurance and fees it went from $187 to $287. So be mindful. Is it a bad place no just expensive and lack of elevator is horrible. read more

This is the worst scam/racket ever. Obviously, we are using this storage space out of necessity and Public Storage takes advantage of that! They increase your rent at will - practically every year AND DO NOT give you prior notice! Tell me what business can operate this way?!? NONE!! Very friendly and super organized. Amy is super awesome and personable. Facility is clean and well maintained.

As someone who has rented here for over two years, I can absolutely NOT recommend this storage facility to ANYONE. The facility is old and dirty, the grounds aren't maintained, the outside lighting it horrific and the inside of the units are falling apart with collapsing ceilings. Due to the way the facility was constructed, the outside facing units are constantly experiencing water issues during heavy rains. Did I mention NO ONE ever answers the phone when you call? I've tried calling dozens of times to complain and every time the phone just rings and rings. All of this and my rent has still nearly doubled in the time I've been there. I already rented a new space right down the street at a much cheaper, newer and cleaner facility. I'm just counting the days until I get my stuff out of here for good. Do yourself a favor, spend less money and use a better qualified space for your personal belongings than this hot mess. read more

I would like to thank Amy at the Quakerbridge location. She is so patient and extremely helpful to walk me through the whole renting process. This is the 2nd time we used public storage at this location. She's been so nice and easy to reach both times. DONT USE THEM CLASSIC BATE AND SWITCH we confirmed price and size availability with person at location He recommended that book on line for better pricing We did. Received email confirmation and phone call confirming price and size. Even time we were to arrive When we show up we were told it was not available and they tried to sign us at a price double what we were confirmed. We had all stuff packed and in the car. Desk clerk called a supervisor who was just rude refused to give me his last name. A few days later called a district manager Jessica who said she would email me her contact and next time we needed a locker she would take care of us. She never emailed us Beware of their shady promises. read more

*edit* They Unlocked my Unit!!! When I moved in, I purchased the lock from them. They said I only needed one since they were keeping the lock on the other door (see below for why there were two doors). However, about 4 months after moving in I get an email from them saying that the "unit is locked in open position. Because your unit is locked in an open position, it is currently unsecured and we are unable to secure it for you. Please come into the property as soon as possible to check your space and to secure your unit with your lock." When I get on site I see that they decided to remove their lock from my second door leaving my storage unit unsecured!! No prior warning was given and nothing was "locked in open position" - it was just completely unlocked! Suffice to say, I am no longer with them! *edit* [--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------] No way, not again. I moved into the area and reserved a 5x10 storage unit. I went with them since they were close by and fairly reasonably priced. The storage unit was actually two 5x5 units with the divider removed (making it 5x10) which would normally seem okay, but comes with some obstacles. First, there's about a three inch metal lip on the floor that divides the two halves where the wall would normally go. This makes it difficult to move anything past the lip and also caused me to almost trip several times. (The unit is located indoors down a long hallway with no lighting - so very dark. ) Also, I only have access to one of the two doors (remember, this is two 5x5 units with the wall/divider removed). So the unit is 10 feet wide with only about a 3 or 4 foot wide door. This makes it very difficult to maneuver larger items in and out of the unit. I was okay with that since it was fairly reasonable and close. But about six months after moving in, they upped my rent by 20%. This was done to keep with their "high standards" and "commitment to quality customer service" and had nothing to do with any introductory offer expiring. The 20% bump in monthly fee no longer makes them a reasonably priced unit. Especially considering how difficult it is to access their space. read more

I used Public Storage for about four months. I never experienced any negative issues. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Price is great. And Amy is a great manager! She's been very kind and helpful when I moved in. Definitely five star!

The Quakerbridge Rd location is great when I rented a unit. The manager, Amy is pleasantly wonderful and professional. I've gone at all hours of operation especially at night and always felt safe. I've never had an issue at this location. read more

Working with this location has been wonderful. Manager India worked with us through an out of state reservation and move realized that the size we had reserved was going to be too small. She kept us updated as to what came open and we were able to drive over with five minutes notice to finalize the rental. Everything was explained very clearly and concisely. Both she and Jasmine, who finalized the rental, were professional and understood the value of both our and their time. This is a great facility to work with (and well located)! read more

Called first on the central number and the operator was very helpful and set up a reservation. Got a call shortly thereafter from the Quakerbridge Road location. I went there and India clearly and competently walked me through the process - paperwork, supplies needed, how to get in and out... I've stored my items and everything went smoothly. I was in a hurry so didn't do any price comparing so I can't speak to the value received. My rates are good through the 6th month which is a bit concerning - they can't tell me if/when/what "Corporate" will do to my rate at that time. I am hoping this will be a short term rental and it won't matter. Especially for those in a pinch, this is a great place to go where they will take care of you. I live out of state so another benefit is that I can go to my local Public Storage if I need to make changes, and have them fax the info to the storage location. read more
