All staff there are extremely helpful, but Arianna has gone above and beyond in providing excellent service on many levels. The location is very ideal, close to the 10 freeway, just east of Monterrey in Palm Desert. Access is an ease with their very secure and safe entry/exit system. We have recently checked our items after a friend had a bad experience with pests at another storage facility We were happy to find that there were no pests or bugs of any kind and our items were all safe in place as we left them almost two years ago. Their rates are very fair and competitive and they have a multitude of different sizes and types of storage available. Plus the place is absolutely impeccable, you can see the pride in everything all the staff do there! I highly recommend this wonderful business for anyone in need of short or long-term storage.

When Wee Haul re-delivered our items, much of our furniture was damaged beyond repair and we have major damage to our art as well. It clearly wasn't stored correctly at their facilities. Chris Damler, Wee Haul's owner, admitted this was his company's fault, but that unless we paid the entire bill for the move, we could not get his insurance company to cover our nearly six-figure claims. We also stated that he had the best insurance company around, and we were fully covered for replacement or repair. We paid in good faith and now Chris has disappeared. The company won't return our calls. In our opinion, the front office manager La Rita is both vapid and outright mean. She says we aren't covered despite a contract which says we are and Chris' promises to two different people that we were so long as we paid his bill. We tried for a month to get them to do the right thing, but they won't. So it's come to this. There are many other companies in the Cochella Valley. Why take a chance on this one?

Because I had a lot of unusual and oversized items in my garage he later came to my house for an in-person assessment. He was thorough and took the time to evaluate everything properly. I got several estimates from other companies and they all came in around the same weight range. However Merit/United was the least expensive (of the premium non-broker companies you want to use). Rest assured that savings did not come at the cost of service at all! The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently, and didn't scratch any walls or damage anything. The delivery timing matched the estimate, and the crew on the unloading end also did a great job. They're not one of those broker companies that subcontract your move and then try to raise the price later or hold your belongings hostage. Alyson Mattox was my coordinator for everything else and once my stuff was picked up she gave me daily updates about where my stuff was and when i should expect delivery! excellent communication Five stars! I would definitely recommend them.
