So far so good with this location! I don't have a large amount of items to store, just storage boxes filled with items I'm not actively using. I started searching online and quickly found that many storage units are quite pricey! That said - I happened to be looking at the right time (Black Friday) and got a 5x10 unit for 50% off which is a steal! The facility is well kept, and they have dollies on site which is SO helpful when you're moving things by yourself. My unit isn't on the first floor, but the elevators are conveniently located which allows quick access to my unit. Staff were helpful and called me right after I booked my unit to provide additional information and offer assistance as needed. read more

As someone who is completely lost about all things storage, I was blown away by Marcus's assistance! He was personable, funny and kept me informed every few days on storage availability. Unfortunately I was moving during the prime season and there was limited options for the unit I needed but he kept trying every day to see if anything became available- and after a week and a half... we got our unit reserved!! When I went to check it out, I was helped by very friendly and helpful Tracy Gomez. I wasn't sure which size to get, as I was moving a 2 bedroom apartment into storage. I was originally thinking of getting a 10' X 15', but as I was not totally sure, Tracy suggested I could check out a few units before deciding. She showed me the 10' X 15' (too big), 10' X 10' (too small), the 10' X 13' ended up being my Goldilocks just right. They price matched the web reservation rate for me, 1st month was free after a small deposit/admin fee, no minimum length of time or long term contract It was super nice that Tracy was focused on helping me make the best decision rather than enacting tactics to upsell me, as I went in frazzled and could've been taken advantage of by an unscrupulous business person, as moving is extremely stressful to me--the bain my existence, actually. After getting signed up, learning about the detailed billing instructions, I bought the lock for the unit from them (brand new) which was reasonably priced, which you are not forced to use their specific lock, I did because it was easier for me timing-wise. Tracy then walked with me back to my unit, explained all the key details and and showed me how to use the lock. They also have quite a few flat bed carts you can use which saved me a lot of time unloading. The hallways are spacious, good lighting, super clean, modern building. Went in on another day, met another staff member, Joseph, and he was equally friendly and helpful. One thing that would be nice: if there were water fountains on each floor, or if not, maybe a water cooler in the open area near each elevator, because it's easy to get thirsty while moving. Lol. Very happy to have chosen this place for my storage. read more

I would not rent here again. Most recent rent increase of 27% with no notice. I rented here in 2021 at $85/ mo for a 10x10. Now this same unit is $184/mo. This most recent increase was with no advance notice. Rent anywhere else. This location is unfair in its dealings. read more

Moving is such a mental and physical stressor. Fortunately, Extra Space Storage has made it so much easier for me. I originally rented a 10X10 but recently upgraded to a 10X20. Due to the inability to log into my account online to facilitate the change, I had to call for assistance. I was lucky to have spoken with Kendra because she was amazing! Very kind and professional. She was my lifesaver since I cannot access my account online. A work order ticket has been submitted. Other than the logging in issue, it has been a good experience and Kendra is amazing! read more

Worst storage place I have ever used. In addition to frequently raising rates, they charge fees for throwing away items (after they told me it was ok) and refused to refund the fee. After 2 years I would have thought they valued me a customer. I told them I would move out if they wouldn't refund the fee and all they said was when are you moving? Then when I moved out mid-month, they refused to refund my prorated amount for a partial month. read more
