I've had the best customer service from all 3 employees at different times . Easy to talk to and accommodating.

The boxes seem sturdier and of a higher quality than those for sale at other retailers. Even the roll of packing paper was superior to those found elsewhere. Had plenty of time to get everything unpacked once moved. We weren't in a mad rush to get everything unpacked--definitely helped ease the stress of the move. Once all the boxes were unpacked, Joe came out the next day and picked up all the boxes. It's great not having to worry about disposing of all the boxes I needed. Highly recommended!

I recently had surgery so wasn't looking forward to going and picking up boxes, etc. and then having to dispose of after my move. The owner (Joe) came and delivered the boxes and even brought them all the way up to my apartment. They seem more durable than the average one's you purchase from your local retailer. After I was done with the move I gave his service a call and they promptly set up a time to come pick up the boxes. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone facing an upcoming move. This service is a cheaper alternative to purchasing boxes outright while also being environmentally friendly as the boxes are re-used. Bottom Line - Great Experience!!

There is only one person competent working at this location. The African American woman with the…read morelovely accent. She's the only person who seems to know what she's doing and she's the only person there who's friendly and a true people person. The rest of the USPS staff there make it look like it's incredibly painful to interact with humans, I mean, I've never seen such tortured souls anywhere else in any other type of business or establishment EVER. I mean, I've worked boring menial jobs throughout my life since I was a teenager too, but I never let it get to the point where I couldn't enjoy myself and laugh a little. Well, the other staff never know what they're doing and always have to refer to the African American woman to ask what to do -which makes everything take longer than it already is taking. You'll ALWAYS find LONG lines here no matter what, because staff members there are SUPER SLOW in doing anything -it's like watching a sloth cross the road(youtube it if you haven't seen it before). On top of being slow, most of the time, the other staff members never know how to do anything. It's not rocket science, but they make it look like it must be indeed that complicated. We live in a time where MACS, IPHONES, and HIGH TECH TECHNOLOGY is the norm, and they still use these ancient machines. The USPS staff don't even seem to know how to use the machines either, despite it being old ass technology. Besides the African American woman, the other 2 staff members consist of a guy who looks like he's from a Latin background, and then there is the old white guy with gray hair and glasses. The old guy is the WORST. Every time I've tried to purchase money order he's been super condescending and will refuse to service me. He'll make up stuff like, "He doesn't know how to process the money order" and will tell me to go to the African American woman. He doesn't think I remember him, but I do. The next couple of times I've asked for money order purchase, he again doesn't want to process it, and tells me he "ran out of the money order" paper and that I should go to the next register to check out. This is definitely a person with NO ambition in life if he can't even figure out how to process money order transactions. Guess that's why he's working at a job he hates. No motivation to aspire for more in life either in his career or as a human being, it's pretty obvious. How depressing for him. But that sort of attitude has no place in the customer service field. I had to wait exactly an HOUR, and I watched as he helped out six or seven other customers before some one else was available to process my checkout. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON EARTH

Just came in with a couple QR codes for them to scan and ship a return package. The equality of…read moreservice was acceptable, but the wait time was very long. The clerk was fairly snippy. I had a small issue with the return that required an adjustment to the packaging (items needed to be separated). So that unfortunately sent me to the back of the line and I had to wait another 15 minutes because they're so slow. It was a very unfortunate experience. I feel like they really need to have more than one person behind the counter when there's 6 people in line. It was fun to be able to joke with other customers in the line about how bad the service was.

They butchered are shrubs, cut on side of the shrub leaving the other side to grow all over the air conditioner. They removed all the rose bushes in the stepped retaining wall and left a twelve foot tree growing out of the retaining wall. I do not recommend companies easily, but this company goes above and beyond. I just moved from MN to MA, and called Brent. He responded with a quick - "we can do it - let me find a driver" Jim, the Director of Ops did the drive. He is where I say they go above and beyond... On Monday, Jim and the crew had the house emptied in no time and loaded. We did a walk through, and coordinated our schedules. He then told me his itinerary and that he would text me each night. I was leaving Tuesday Morning and we both planned on being in MA on Wednesday evening. It went seamless. I heard from Jim each night, and again Thursday morning as he was headed to the new home with my furniture and goods. Like the loading of the truck, the unloading went just as smooth. In the end, not even a glass was cracked, everything was put where I wanted it, Jim was communicating the whole time, and the final price was within the quote. The company is great to work with, the employees are even better. Thanks for your service over the years GSM.

When the movers arrived there were three, really? They handled the move well however at the conclusion my electric fireplace doesn't work anymore AND the bill I was given was for $784 and change. I said I'm not paying that because that isn't the amount I was quoted and there were supposed to be two men not three. The gentleman insisted that was the quote he was given by his boss. We went back and forth and then I said I was going to call his boss and ask if they had made a mistake. When I said that he said fine you can have the move for $500 plus tax!! I haven't put a claim in for the fireplace yet so we'll see what happens when I do. Will I use Good Stuff Moving again? Probably not. Would I recommend them? Not sure.
