I've had nothing but a pleasant experience. I had my storage for several years. I had to move out to a different part of the county, and I had some items that were very large and was going take some complex moving. The manager gave me extra days past the deadline of my last day to get the stuff out. He did not charge me for the extra days.I thought that was really nice of him. He was really nice working with me to ensure all my property was safely relocated. I would recommend this facilty. My name is Chuck G. And I give 5 stars out of 5 read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Luis at Extra Space Storage, and I can confidently say that this is the only place you should consider for your storage needs. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that Luis and the team go above and beyond to make sure their customers are not just satisfied, but truly cared for. Luis is incredibly kind and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to understand my specific needs, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers the way Luis does. A perfect example of this care is when I accidentally left two cell phones and my wallet behind. Luis quickly made sure I got them back, showing that he truly cares about the security of my belongings. That kind of attention to detail and personal responsibility is hard to come by. Another time, when the temperatures soared over 100 degrees, my family and I were allowed to stay in the lobby as long as we needed. They even made sure we had plenty of water to drink, ensuring we were comfortable and safe in the extreme heat. Never once did I feel like we were a bother--in fact, Luis made us feel completely welcome, and I have to say, he's pretty cool. I could definitely see us hanging out sometime. If you're looking for a place that combines top-notch service, professionalism, and a personal touch, look no further than Extra Space Storage. Luis and his team are the best in the business, and I wouldn't trust my storage needs to anyone else. In fact Louis had proven to me that a person can make or break a company. He indeed is Gold in terms of a manager. read more

Jeff is AMAZING!!! I was standing outside waiting for the other individual to arrive so we could look at a space. Jeff came outside, greeted me and asked if he could help - even though I was not yet a customer. He patiently answered our inquiries and showed us a few units based on what we said we were looking for. Clearly explained pricing structure AND walked us through the app setup and account registration. THANK YOU!!! Also the location is conveniently near ONT Airport! read more

I'm not usually one to be nit picky, but our experience with Extra Space Storage left a very bad taste in my mouth and I feel others should know these details before renting here. We rented (3) large 10x25 units for our small business, which was only about a mile away. Everything was fine for the first few months and then came the CRAZY rate increases? What was once $349 went all the way to $739. What made matters worse was the rat and roach problem. It first started in unit #1 (right at the front by the main gate), then we had it in Unit #6 and eventually in Unit #25. We had nothing stored with food in our units, but that didn't stop the rats from chewing through closed plastic storage containers and destroying everything in their path. We brought this issue to the attention of management and they kept claiming they were going to get someone to come spray. Ummm, how about some discounts for the destroyed items in our units or a legit exterminator that comes out Ghostbusters style and gets rid of the RATS. This was no one or two rats either, we had a full on infestation of rats and rate feces over everything that was stored in the space. I would HIGHLY recommend finding another, MUCH cleaner space. read more

Worst extra space I've been to. Looks like the place needs to be demolished and rebuilt. The floors are disgusting and it smells like piss everywhere. First day moving in, the lift was not working. I called their office and the manager on-site immediately came to help get it fixed. He said the sensors are really bad and they never work properly. He was very helpful and probably the best part of this location. Once it was all fixed I was able to finish moving in. Another day I went in after office hours to grab a few heavy things and was met with the same broken lift. This time it was a bit too late so there was no one at the office. I ended up having to lift everything by hand down the stairs which was a big inconvenience. I'm fortunate enough to be able to handle the lifting but to anyone who's a little older or has very heavy things, I'd suggest you find a more accessible, well maintained storage. read more

Came in for some supplies and the prices were great and the person in the office was very helpful

We just moved our property out of the unit but while we were doing so our unit was invested with rats. Even while our movers were picking up boxes, the rats were coming out. There was feces and urine on our sectional sofa that we ended up leaving behind, our Cal king mattress and other items. They advertise that it's a clean facility but in reality only the driveway is clean. All the dirt they blow goes inside the units. Very displeased. Disgusting place. read more

My uncle passed away in January and it took us almost a year to clear out his storage. When we did, Luis was an INCREDIBLE help - he assisted us in getting the correct legal paperwork in order, finding someone to help us haul out the trash, and transfer the unit to my name. Originally, we were going to close out his unit ... but I was so impressed with how well he runs this business, we actually decided to keep this unit and we're going to move over our stuff from our own storage unit in LA. We look forward to working with Luis for awhile!! read more

Since my current storage facility doubled their price, I had no choice but to look for a new one close by. Lucky for me I found extra space storage , the rate is the cheapest I could find so far. Place is a bit old because the previous owner has not done much maintenance. The staff told me that the building is under renovation, so I expect to something done to the place soon. Luis @ the office is a great help, and very friendly . read more

0 stars if possible. We got the rental space about 5 years ago. $80 a month. During the previous ownership, the cost went to $160. But when extra space took over about 5 months ago, they jacked the price to $240 and today, 5/2/23, we got notice that the monthly price starting next month will be $320. It must be their belief that lipstick on a pig makes a difference. Not worth and I'm sure that we will not be the only customers to leave this month. I would not recommend a place the jacks the price up the way they do. Just not worth it. read more
