It wasn't even 2 months overdue and they sold my storage locker on 8/28. I called the front office and they literally told me I'm SOL and can't even get the contact info for the unit buyer. So I lost mostly sentimental personal items that is mostly of no value to anybody because of a technicality and there's no way to even try to retrieve anything whatsoever. Sad part is nobody even thinks of the people who default and what they're going through. Maybe if they didn't raise the damn rent every 4-6 months it would've been easier to pay. Well I guess I'm never gonna need a storage unit because they basically took everything that meant something to me.

After I spent over a half hour packing my car - go to facility to put items in. ACCESS DENIED. IT WAS the weekend and no one in Office or answering their main #.. Ridiculous. During business hours too!!! So I follow someone in thinking I can hopefully access elevator - NOPE. But you need your code to get out!! No one around so I sat in my car for 25 mins to no avail and calling 5x. Almost considered calling the Police since I needed to get home to get medication to my elderly mom. During the consolidation of the units, she offered for us to use equipment they had on site to make it easier for us. Thanks for being awesome guys! That means you too Wally

Theft & Security: I experienced missing items despite having management on-site. There is zero actual security or protection for victims here. Privacy Breach: CubeSmart shared my private profile and insurance information with Public Storage without my authorization. They worked together to compare notes and treat me like a suspect rather than assisting a paying customer who suffered a loss. Financial Nightmare: Following these security breaches and the unauthorized sharing of my personal info, my bank accounts were hacked, and I'm currently dealing with bank fraud. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism from both CubeSmart and their associated insurance setup is unreal. Too much drama for a service you pay for. I had to repeat the same information multiple times, that I am in front of the building, I have an appt for today, it's within business hours and there's no sign to say ' will be back or anything', hence doors locked and no one is there to help. My phone call was transferred second time without any communication, and eventually the call just rang and disconnected. This experience alone tells me this is not the right place to trust with my belongings. Poor communication, misleading office hours, and zero accountability. I strongly recommend others read reviews carefully before choosing this storage facility. I had to also report this conduct and service to 'FindStorageFast' site who text to follow up with me on my search. DO NOT RECOMMEND to business where staff are incompetent.

Writing today to give my praise for this location AND most importantly; one of their employees, a guy named Fernando. I have a travel trailer / camper reserved for rent. There was some confusion regarding the plug on the trailer versus the receptacle on my Toyota 4Runner. Not only did Fernando take his time to help me problem-solve / troubleshoot, he offered suggested adapters. Then, he takes it next-level: he texted me pics of the adapters his store had in stock. Then I sent him pics of the receptacle on my Toyota. As a result of his help & his willingness to be EXTRA helpful... I was able to immediately identify that my vehicle was JUST FINE to tow & plug into the camper trailer I reserved for rent. Thanks to Fernando, I was able to solve & fully resolve an hours-long mystery... Simply thanks to Fernando's willingness to go above & beyond to help a customer!! Dude is the real deal, I can guarantee you if you come here, he will be able to get you what you need. He's been at this location 10+yrs, consequently he is super knowledgeable - which shows - as evidenced by him resolving my non-issue "problem" by merely exchanging a few text messages. I feel as if we just don't see that much these days - customer service where the staff TRULY, genuinely care & will go the extra mile to help you get *everything* you need from their service. KEEP IT UP, Fernando!! You're the real MVP.

Hello fellow movers just a word of caution regarding this location unless you dont mind being…read moretreated like you are a piece of trash blowing through their yard... Customer service here at this location is the worst I have ever seen out of any U-Haul center I have ever been to... If could rate lower than a 1 star.... I certainly would. Due the recent passing of a close family member we were tasked with furniture and miscellaneous clean up and with the need of a larger vehicle; a small U-Haul cargo box truck was the perfect solution. Upon arrival at the facility, all the parking spots were taken except for one which was too small for our vehicle. Since we were only going to be a few minutes to pick up our truck; we decided to park in front of one of the U'Haul vans real quick to run in and grab our keys. Before I could press the button on the remote to lock the car; some big bald guy came running out of the store front yelling at us in front of other customers "Hey! You can't park there! You need to move your vehicle NOW and not park in front of that U-Haul van!" Im pretty thick skinned but when customer service is not your thing, YOU sir should not be a customer facing employee talking to your customers like that seeing is that we pay for your paycheck. If you hate your job that much or if it stresses you out that much, go find another one... Simple fix. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant with us and actually treated us like customers but AGREED with us by saying "yeah, he is a little rough" when we were expressing our concerns about how he treats customers and how absolutely rude and ridiculous he was... A little rough? The van we got had a 124,000+ miles on it... smelled like death and the gas mileage was horrible, we drove less than 10 miles and used 1/4 tank of fuel....Crazy! Needless to say, we will not be back to this location. We will give our business to Home Depot next time we are in the need of a trailer or truck. Trucks are are a little more but trailers are by far a much cheaper rental with better customer service. You'll thank me later.
