Theft & Security: I experienced missing items despite having management on-site. There is zero actual security or protection for victims here. Privacy Breach: CubeSmart shared my private profile and insurance information with Public Storage without my authorization. They worked together to compare notes and treat me like a suspect rather than assisting a paying customer who suffered a loss. Financial Nightmare: Following these security breaches and the unauthorized sharing of my personal info, my bank accounts were hacked, and I'm currently dealing with bank fraud. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism from both CubeSmart and their associated insurance setup is unreal. Too much drama for a service you pay for. The space was pretty easy to book and i was given a reasonable price at the moment. I say at the moment, because I've heard they might raise prices within a couple months. Nonetheless, I checked in on my move in day and was escorted by staff member Sofia. Really kind, and customer friendly. She was very knowledgeable and told me exactly what i needed to know. Luckily I was able to fit everything into my 10x10. I maybe should've gotten something a bit bigger next time. All in all, a great experience with the facility and staff.
