I questioned why I would be charged to move out of a defective locker? She didn't have an answer. I asked to cancel my rental and she said I would be charged for breaking the lease early. This PS is a bit older than the one half a mile away and seems to have more outside vehicle storage than the other. Spread over two buildings. The main building is where the office is. Not very convenient for dropping off things from your car and load in from vehicle will be either for larger garage door units to left or more convenient drive-through at the other location nearby. Here you have to park in front of door and carry it in or through small overhead door entry - tough during rain or snow. Also they are very much pushing using their app for entry vs using the keypad - which is easy and I prefer. So extremely annoying text every time I visit asking me to use app instead. If I wanted to I would. I'm hoping this is short term so I'll just keep deleting jerk texts. So overall this is ok. Not the cleanest or newest I have used. But easy, cheaper, and convenient. When they raise the rent, I'll probably move out. For now it works.
