Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. They also offer packing services, which is super convenient. Everyone who works at this location is friendly and welcoming. It's much less stressful than standing in line at the Post Office.

The movers were friendly and mostly efficient but a few accidents happened along the way. Things happen during moves but for both of my flat screen TVs to be damaged; very disappointing. I've attempted to follow-up with Greg several times and have not heard back. I would not suggest using this company, especially if you have electronics that you're moving and don't want to get damaged. They do not know how to properly handle flat screen TVs. Screens crack when they are touched and grabbed - this is basic training movers should have.

My husband had to go in and try to reload and we still had to leave a few things behind. This was not a move across town, but a move to Seattle. So disgusted.
