Well we are closed and if you all use the elevator your going to get stuck and have to call the police to get you all out! So either Public Storage needs to fix your information or Sandra wanted to skip out early? But at the end of the day Sandra needs a little more customer service training! After only 6 months in storage, both of our vessels have SEVERE damage due to the cats. Scratches all over, 3 covers & carpet completely ruined from cat urine, and even dead cats on our boat. Although we did the online option, when we arrived, we couldn't find our truck and were told that they've modified/limited that option during Coronavirus. So we were checked in/out by staff (no extra charges), but that may limit their "24/7" availability. Truck was clean, ran about as well as expected, we booked for the full day even though we only needed it for about 5hrs to avoid extra "late return" charges. NOTE: The parking lot is extremely small here. We're talking like six spaces for rental vehicles, customer parking, and those going in to use the storage units. It's a tight fit. If you're using/needing a large truck, this may not be the best location.
