What are you doing we are closed and I said it says 6:00pm on Sunday's and it's only 5:00pm! Well we are closed and if you all use the elevator your going to get stuck and have to call the police to get you all out! So either Public Storage needs to fix your information or Sandra wanted to skip out early? But at the end of the day Sandra needs a little more customer service training! Because I promise you, if you treat the employees with appreciation and respect, they will reciprocate that ten-fold. My experiences (and I've had many) have all been wonderful. When ever I bring my 6 y/o son with me, he is treated with such enthusiasm and joy. After only 6 months in storage, both of our vessels have SEVERE damage due to the cats. Scratches all over, 3 covers & carpet completely ruined from cat urine, and even dead cats on our boat.
