Their price was in the middle of the two other companies we narrowed it down too but we decided to do Eco Movers due to our initial reaction of getting quotes and questions answered. They were very responsive and I could tell they were not trying to hit you over the head with hidden fees or additional costs like some of the other companies. Everything they quoted was a set price with no fluctuations. We booked everything a few months in advance to be proactive but Leury and his team made sure to check in with us before moving day. He came by and did a walk through of our 3 bed/2 story home to make sure he and his team had what they needed. The only thing I wasn't expecting was to pay for the blankets used for wrapping, but I take responsibility for that as Leury was not aware that our belongings would be staying in storage, and did not want to remove the blankets so our stuff wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated the thoughtfulness and had no issues paying the extra for that. The guys that arrived to pack our stuff were so nice. We had about 3 guys show up and they did their thing. They made sure to point out any of our furniture that had previous dings or cracks and took pictures for reference. They were super quick and efficient and wrapped our fragile and heavy furniture. We did the packing ourselves and only hired them to move so we appreciated them wrapping things as part of their service. After they were done we were given an estimated time of arrival for our items and as always, they stayed in communication with us along the way. They gave us daily updates of where our load was on the journey. We had someone else be there for when our load arrived and they let us know everything went smoothly! I love how thorough the whole Eco Movers team was. I always felt like my things were safe and taken care of. We also had 2 Jeeps that needed transporting and Leury and his team recommended us to their partner Mark who was equally honest and reliable. They also quoted us fixed quotes without any hidden fees, and stayed in constant communication with us. We met our driver (Enrique) across the street from our neighborhood to drop off our cars. I would note that they need space to unload some cars to put yours on, so meeting them in a more feasible location may be a thing. Thankfully we had a big lot across from our neighborhood so we just walked back after our cars were dropped off. The company used was Onway Logistics. I appreciated them providing a tracking link so you can track your cars along the way. They arrived a day before schedule and we also had someone pick the cars up for us and everything went smoothly. Overall we paid about $11.5k for the whole move. The cars were $1850 a piece and the household move came in around $7800. Again, we had quotes higher and lower than Eco Movers but felt more comfortable paying a bit more for quality service. We highly recommend Eco Movers if it's in your budget, and will keep recommending them to anyone who asks! I used EcoMovers LV for packing and moving services on 7/29, and unfortunately, my experience did…read morenot match my expectations. For context, I don't own much furniture. My largest items were a couch, king-size bed and bed frame, TV, and a four-person dining table. Everything else fit into just 9 large moving boxes after they packed my belongings. I was also moving only one mile away. At their quoted rate of $185 per hour for three movers, I expected the job to be completed within their 3-hour minimum, or maybe 4 hours at most. To be fair, the movers packed everything carefully, and nothing was damaged. The office staff also communicated well whenever I called. The problem was the amount of time it took. The move ended up taking 7 hours, which I simply cannot understand. Five hours into the job, the crew was still packing, so I called the office to express my concerns. Their explanation was that my apartment had three flights of stairs. While I understand that stairs add time, I don't believe they justify turning what should have been a relatively small move into a seven-hour job. Even accounting for the stairs, I would have expected 4 hours, maybe 5 at the absolute most. Instead, I ended up paying around $1,600 for a move that covered just one mile. I walked away feeling like the job took much longer than it should have and that I was being billed for unnecessary time. If you're considering EcoMovers LV, be aware that this was my experience. While they did a good job packing my belongings and the office communicated professionally, the overall cost and time made me feel like I was being milked for every billable hour. The car behind us the guy got out and was like "do you know what's wrong? Why isn't it going?" I looked up the spot on Google hoping for a number to call but none was listed, signal was low and it was taking forever for their website to load to try and find one on there. Finally an attendant came and said "your car wash timed out, you need to have an attendant guide you in, I'll have to go reset inside." Well... I've never been here before, who'd have known I need an attendant, there was no one there when we pulled up. Ugh! Whatever, finally we get to go through the wash, some brushes weren't working, the fans at the end didn't do much and we drove off in a dripping wet car. Oh well things aren't the same way we thought. Every time we dropped off with Jennifer (blonde lady who taking care of her smog business too), she rolled her eyes and didn't wanted to help us. I felt bad as we had a lot of packages to scan so we apologized to the manager but he confirmed that no need to apologize because they made money on having USPS station there. Jennifer and Hawaiian auntie are the rude people. If you hate your job, please do yourself a favor by looking for a job that you like. Life is short to punish yourself and your mentally in the place that you hate. However we did try to come up with nice conversation during we visited and I even supported Jennifer on her Smog business to make them feel better with us. Still didn't do anything better. Our last call was on Christmas week, we shipped A LOT of packages and to see Jennifer showed us her poor attitude right after we walked in. It was a huge TURN OFF. We NEVER gone back to this place. I just looked at my bank statement and the guy that was so worried about the customers getting ripped off charged my card $74 ×3 =$222.00 for gas. Customers BEWARE! if you need gas at this Shady gas station pay cash only. Because they are looking to rip people off. We were moving out of a home and had accumulated waaaaaaay too much stuff. Most of it wasn't making the move with us and I tried giving away everything that still had value, but we were still left with a mountain of crap. It looked like Harry Potter's Room of Hidden Things had emptied itself onto my driveway and lawn. I'm sure the neighbors were furious and I was ready to cry because I didn't know what to do. I decided to get some quotes from junk haulers but it was so much stuff I was sure it would cost thousands. Contacting The Pick-Up Artist was one of the smartest things I've ever done. Setting up the service was easy; it probably took less than 60 seconds. The Pick-Up Artist's crew showed up on time, worked hard, and were super polite. They also must have performed some witchcraft on my lawn because there's no way all my junk fit on their tiny little truck, but when they pulled away a short time later the house looked like nothing had ever happened. All my stuff (not to mention my worries) rolled away down the street with them. It was faster, cheaper, and easier than I could ever have imagined.
