Today: Manager Alex refused delivery of my package (I have an access point) without informing me that I am apparently not welcome at this location likely due to the review below lol. Odd since I have picked up a few other packages since then. Tracking and the RFID shows it's at the store so I have no idea where it actually is. Corporate doesn't even know. Logically the manager should have informed me once I picked up this package or at any point prior that I was no longer welcome. I have now rerouted my other incoming packages. A month ago: I have all my UPS packages held here for pick up as I work a lot and don't want to worry about porch pirates. I pay for that service. When I get a package that has been opened and is missing the contents, the employees are unhelpful. They'll also lie and say it was inspected, that the package wasn't opened when it was. I'll be opening all my packages in store from now on. Horrible.

One of the items that needed to be sent was about 100 years old (found that out from my family after I had shipped it) and it was packaged so well when it arrived with the other items. To give some clarity on its journey, I had 2 chairs, a 100-year-old tea set and some fragile wall oddly shaped art that all went on one pallet. The pallet according to the tracking was transferred about 6 times on other trucks to make it here so it was bumped around countless times in terminals being loaded and unloaded. All arrived with 0 scratches, dents and fully intact. No better feeling then unpacking everything and seeing it in the condition I sent it in.

After only 6 months in storage, both of our vessels have SEVERE damage due to the cats. Scratches all over, 3 covers & carpet completely ruined from cat urine, and even dead cats on our boat. Although we did the online option, when we arrived, we couldn't find our truck and were told that they've modified/limited that option during Coronavirus. So we were checked in/out by staff (no extra charges), but that may limit their "24/7" availability. Truck was clean, ran about as well as expected, we booked for the full day even though we only needed it for about 5hrs to avoid extra "late return" charges. NOTE: The parking lot is extremely small here. We're talking like six spaces for rental vehicles, customer parking, and those going in to use the storage units. It's a tight fit. If you're using/needing a large truck, this may not be the best location.
