I refused to sign a contract that had the wrong info so I went to the location hoping for better service. Instead there was a guy that refused to provide a refund even though I had not signed a contract and had not been told of any refund policy or purchase policy when I had made payment. Just ridiculous!!! Thank goodness for bank chargebacks. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for your storage needs.

We visited the spaces that I requested and she even took her time walking as to ensure that she didn't run off and leave me...lol I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, from the restrooms through to the spaces. on top of all of that, the prices were lovely.
