He knows his stuff! The facility is brand new--and big! They have units of every size, both outside and in climate-controlled interior units. It looks like a brand-new facility, even though it's probably more than fifteen years old! A recent visit saw the elevator broken, BUT! There are THREE to choose from, all within walking distance. The staff here has always been stellar. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met, help you get the best "deal", and genuinely care about the customer. Inside the office, there are a number of moving necessities, just in case you forgot: boxes, tape, labels, mattress/furniture covers, and more. The gate is open late, even if the office isn't (8 pm for the gate, 6 pm for the office). As long as I've been a customer here, I don't have any complaints.

They do not honor reservations made on the website…read more I made a reservation specifically for this location. I followed up by stopping in and looking at the RV spot i reserved. I was specifically shown the spot and told I can move in on August 31st. On August 29th I received a call from the locations GM, Sarah. She told me that they could not honor my reservation and that there were 20 people ahead of me at that location. The spot I was shown was already gone. They offered me a more expensive spot in north Las Vegas, and a similar priced spot 10 miles away. The moral of the story is that they do not honor reservations and will wait until the last minute to tell you. The online reservation means nothing.

However, if you look at the website they are advertising the same size units for $107. If you do 2 minutes of research you can see the average price for a 10x10 storage unit as of 17 April is $70. Not sure how they can justify a 99% increase from one month to the next. They know how difficult it can be to move out once you are moved in. As a disabled Veteran who cannot move my stuff alone due to injuries, this is absolutely unacceptable.
