Military members--Use this company as your PPM/DITY. First class customer service from the representatives as well as both ends (Las Vegas and Montgomery) providers. Second, value is by far the best reason I went with them. Their price beat both the largest U-Haul or Penske truck, plus, you don't have to drive it across country! Trucks are also larger per cubic feet than what Penske or U-Haul even provide with their largest trucks. Third, if you aren't ready to move in, they will store your goods inside the trailer until you are ready (military members, storage is covered for an X amount of days.. check with TMO for most recent guidance). With a U-Haul or Penske, you'd have to unload it into storage if you aren't ready, only to have to reload. Trailers are easy to load, and you only pay for what you use, which is incrementally based upon how much of the trailer you use. I'll definitely use this company again! read more

Used twice in the last year. Excellent service, easy to use, staff is all polite and knowledgeable. Made our cross country 2,000 mile move so stress free. read more

We have used UPack 3 times for moving. It's honestly in our opinion the best way to go. It's affordable for most people other than your labor to load and unload your own items. This last trip we were disappointed with our condition of our belongings towards the front of the truck. Our boxes were all wet and the humidity inside the truck had caused most of them to collapse and be unusable for future use. We had standing water on some and the boxes with some items were soaked through. The trailer had a bad leak at the front from the corner. We feel we should have been reimbursed for the damage to our store bought boxes because we can't reuse them or recycle them for another person to use. They offered us Pennie's for the damages. It's a joke honestly. We have never had an issue. On another note,The bulkhead provided was in bad shape and missing the locking pins. I had to physically hammer it together for it to work. We had to add additional straps to keep it together. Also our ramp had large holes in it and the driver even told us that someone had fallen because of them. We were like WTF? I used it without any issue but funny enough when our trailer arrived 2300 miles later there was a completely different ramp inside. Weird right??? read more

This is the second time this year using U-pack. Their drivers are all excellent drivers and my stuff arrived without any issues and on time. I made multiple phone calls regarding delivery and everyone has always friendly and helpful. I made some schedule changes due to weather 1-2 days before, and it was easy to reschedule online. Everyone on the phone were very nice and helpful. read more

U-pak was amazing. Communication was on point! We had to move our date back twice, and U-pak was straight on it with zero hidden fees. Drop off and pick up was easy and fast. No waiting. Next day pick up at start point. Delivered to new address 6 days later, as stated was 4-6 days, and picked up the day after we unloaded. Very timely. Very secure. I highly recommend them to anyone; especially if you're moving state to state. Worth every dollar; which was very reasonable. read more

The service they offered was excellent, they were true to their word throughout the whole process. U-Pack moving is an alternative way to ship your home goods, while saving thousands. The 28 foot trailer, with HireAHelper on each end was less than $7K, that's from Nevada to Arkansas. I highly recommend this service!! read more

Highly recommend U-Pack Moving. Easily received a quote online and scheduled an appointment for one of their 7' x 6' x 8' containers to be dropped off so that I could pack up some furniture to ship to Hawaii. Took my time packing it (3 days), then notified them when it was ready to be picked up. Container arrived in Hawaii approximately 2 weeks later. Prices were very reasonable and service was great! read more

Hello My fellow movers who are considering or on the fence about UPACK Trailer/ Cube don't be. The customer service, dispatch, as well as the drivers were amazing. They keep it touch with you every step of the way. They are also very affordable. This was my first time using them a friend referred me to the company. And guess what?! I will choose ABF UPACK again, again. They made my husband's and I long distance move from Nevada to Newark so smooth and headache free. So with that said GO with UPACK. Thank you ABF read more

great alternative to movers..u haul...or budget. ABF does the driving 4 u. u pack and un pack for half the price of the aforementioned alternatives. But do yourself a favor and use as many ratchet straps as possible and moving blankets as your stuff WILL move in transit. read more

We needed to move a studio apartment amount of items from a small town Arizona to a small town Minnesota. U-Pak worked the best for out needs, we rented a small space in a 26' trailer for a reasonable cost. The driver dropped off the trailer, we packed it in a couple hours, securely sealed our section, called dispatch, and the next morning a driver picked up the packed trailer. The trailer was delivered to its destination in about eight days, the MN family emptied the trailer, and a driver picked up the next day. Easy move... read more

My move from Nevada to Iowa was so smooth with Upack. They dropped off 2 trailers, as soon as we were done loading them I requested a pickup. They were there the next day, tracked them the whole journey, they were actually there early and waiting on me. Got them unpacked and called and they were picked up the next day. All in all I dealt with 5 drivers, operations, administration...every single person was pleasant, friendly, very accommodating with no extra fees or hidden costs, just my original quote. Highly recommend and if I was to move again I would use their services! read more

Service was outstanding! They were timely and extremely efficient. The team on the delivery end went above and beyond the call of duty in my books in helping me with the ramp situation and the top of my garage door! Thank you again gentleman, much appreciated!! The driver who delivered the pods was professional and very friendly (Steve). I was a little nervous about my belongings making it from Henderson, NV to Charlotte, NC, but everything arrived safely and intact. The gentleman who delivered the pods to my new home was great (Richard)! He called prior to arriving, placed them exactly where I asked and was very careful when unloading from the flatbed. Again, very friendly and professional. I am SO pleased with everything about U-Pack from beginning to end. Online scheduling, the customer service agents I spoke with, the delivery drivers .. everything was so smooth and easy and well worth the money vs. renting a truck and towing my vehicle. I would highly recommend them and would use their services again. read more

Buyer Beware!! Please don't make the same mistake my husband and I did by using this company for a long distance move. We recently moved from Las Vegas to northern Michigan and the entire experience with U-Pack from beginning to end was a disaster unfortunately. We never had a chance to meet the actual driver because the company doesn't know how to arrive at the agreed upon times. Our initial drop off time was between 4-8 PM but of course the driver arrived at 1 PM during the middle of the week. Most people work for a living and this isn't a reasonable time to accommodate last minute, especially if you're a busy professional. The same situation occurred when the driver picked up the trailer. The driver arrived much sooner than the 4-8 PM window so we didn't have a chance to talk with them about the trailer, the bulkhead install, or any other questions/concerns we had. When the driver called us to pick up the trailer, we specifically stated we had trouble installing the bulkhead and needed assistance. When speaking to the driver, he assured us he would be installing this for us since he was unable to accommodate our schedule. We also called the company multiple times with the concern about the bulkhead. They repeatedly assured us that the drivers had a normal routine where they spot checked the trailer before driving long distance and if necessary, would install the bulkhead for us. We're still having a difficult time understanding how a company spot checks the trailer to confirm how much square footage was used, (this determines the final invoice) but they completely ignore the fact that the bulkhead isn't installed. We even have pictures that show footprints on the bulkheads after they crushed our belongings. This leads us to believe someone actually stepped on the bulkhead repeatedly rather than doing their job and making sure the trailer was in reasonable condition before driving 2000+ miles. It must be nice to take people's hard earned money and be allowed to drive anyway you want and damage anything you want without taking any responsibility. When the trailer arrived in Michigan, the bulkhead had NOT been installed and as a result, a large majority of our possessions were damaged. (Please see pics) Please save yourself the trouble and stay away from this company. It's non-reputable and provides extremely poor communication to it's customers. It provides an even poorer end result. read more

Never use this company for moving. I should have listened to the reviews and listen to my first gut. They don't care if your items were damaged during THEIR TRANSIT. Even if it's the drivers fault for the way THEY drive and handle the trailer when in transit. And I'm almost sure they change my mothers truck. We had a white trailer and then when it got dropped off at the storage it was a green truck. And as I was going through my stuff and emptied out the truck. There was invoices from other people (Literally an invoice for Fingerhut with someone else name on it) Seems like they had our stuff mixed in with other people stuff. I will be going on other social outlets to inform anyone who will listen on how this company is. If you see 2/3 stars ON A MOVING COMPANY, RUN! read more

I was so pleased with the whole experience! Everyone was so friendly and on top of it! Very quick delivery as well. They were more than 50% less than PODS and Uhaul. The only difference was the quick packing and unloading. Totally worth it! Highly recommended! I'm a very happy customer! read more

I had to move some furniture and other items from Nevada to Florida. Renting a big truck and driving it across the country was slightly less appealing than having a root canal, so I searched and found U-Pack. The price was much lower than competitors, customer service was quick and efficient, and shipment, drop off, and pick up we're all super easy and surprisingly quick! I highly recommend them for long distance moving! read more

I needed some extra room for my last move U pack was affordable, able to have a container dropped off right away , delivered when I needed and able to pick up the container the next day! On top of all of this convenience any time I called a person answered the phone no long hold time just quick efficient human beings able to answer any question I had. I wish I had known about this amazing company before I already ordered and filled my original moving container (from another company ) Truly the best customer service all the way around!!! read more

Simple process, everyone I talked to was very nice and helpful. I've used them twice to move to different states and it has been a great experience both times. Chelsea and Scott were both awesome to work with. Our home buyers had a hiccup with our their loan, which , caused us delays in moving. They were so understanding and accommodating. We finished packing the day before Thanksgiving and we were scheduled for pickup the following Monday. We weren't thrilled about having a trailer in front of our house, but we were dealing with it. U-Pack called us on Friday night and said, "we have a driver who wants to work, so we're looking for stuff for him to do. Can we pick up your trailer?" I thought it was awesome that 1. They were looking for stuff for a driver to do so he could earn some more money. 2. They were willing to come get our trailer early and on a holiday break. It's a great, hybrid way to move! read more

I would absolutely recommend Upack! The whole experience was great from start to end. I want to give a shout to the driver dropped off the trailer. Robert went above and beyond. We couldn't open the bulk doors and I called him after he left. I thought he would not come back since he did his job already. He provided instructions but we still couldn't open it. We were surprised when he came back to help us. read more

Our experience with UPak was seriously amazing from beginning to end! I called for a quote intending to call several companies that day but the girl on the phone was so friendly and so helpful that I didn't want to call anyone else. The person who dropped off the cubes was very nice and very helpful. The cubes arrived on time and all correspondence was perfect letting me know what locks to buy... when to expect cubes and how long I would have to fill them. The cubes were a little smaller than I expected but with bungees and ropes we ulalized every single inch of space. Once full, I texted that the cubes were ready for pick up and they were gone that day. I received text messages giving me estimates of when our things would arrive. We moved from Nevada to Indiana in the winter so weather was a concern. The cubes arrived right on time. We received a text message giving us the exact arrival and once again the correspondence was excellent and accurate. The man who dropped off the cubes was nice and once again helpful. We took a day to unload and nothing was broken... in fact, nothing hardly moved at all. I texted that the empty cubes were ready for pick up. They were gone without any issues and I can not belive how easy the whole moving experience was because of UPak! It was cheaper, more convenient and easier than using Uhaul and a fraction of the cost of hiring movers. If I could give higher than 5 stars u would. read more

I can't say enough good things about U-Pack Moving. It was so easy to have the trailer dropped at my home. They give you 3 business days to pack the trailer, then they pick it up. The next time you see it is at your new home, where you have 3 more business days to unpack it. I used an entire trailer- but they also give you the option of a partial trailer, with a reduced cost. read more

Wonderful experience, they dropped off trailer a day early and picked it up promptly, even had it on the road before I paid! Awesome company, I would definitely use this business again, absolutely! read more

Definitely been a process to work with them, they use local service places to deliver and pickup your pods or trailer, so your experience is definitely tied to the local service. Which doesn't work for them only with them. Our trailer was late getting delivered. The local service lost our reservation so back and forth we go playing phone tag with upack and the local place. I would also call over and over again and depending on days you get different quotes and prices. I was told it's like airplane tickets. Supply and demand. One quote we got was over 6000 and the other was 3600. read more

I had to my stuff from Albuquerque, New Mexico to Vegas. I looked at renting a u-haul or rental van & the prices were outrageous to do that. So I looked on line for another option & viola! These guys at U-pack were awesome (both in NM & NV). Friendly, courteous, & reasonable priced (cheaper than their competition)! The crates arrived in a timely fashion & everything was intact! Highly recommend. The delivery guy D. Lawson was super cool too. I highly recommend these guys if you moving from state to state. read more

Amazing, friendly, courteous service at a great price. We moved from Las Vegas, NV to Ocala, FL. and U-Pack made it so easy for us. We considered using the traditional rental moving truck and found that using U-Pack was much, much more economical. By the time we priced, rental, gas, tolls, time and anxiety, U-Pack was a NO BRAINER! Not that we will ever move across the country again but if we did, we will be calling U-Pack read more

Almost all the U-Pack staff are very friendly and easy to talk with, including the customer service Danielle and Sarah and drivers Greg and Brandon. They showed courtesy and professionalism to listen to our questions and requests, and respond to our phone calls and emails very promptly. It is our first time to use U-Pack service for moving from Las Vegas to Austin, and we really feel lucky that we have selected U-Pack out of other moving services available there. The delivery and pickup drivers, are very nice and helpful, showing us how to put up and retrieve the ramp and how to install the bulkhead panels. We have enjoyed working with the U-Pack people and would not hesitate to use them again or refer them to our friends when they have the need for moving services. read more

Well, it was cheap. And they moved my stuff quickly. That being said the trailer they moved our goods in had a leak and some of my HHG were ruined /damaged. Then after the drop off and I called for them to remove the empty trailer they left the trailer and some other tow gear sitting in my driveway for over 5 days. Every time I called for them to come get it they said they were coming. I'm not sure I would use UPACK again, yes efficient and cheap, but the service and follow=up was pretty frustrating. read more

Great experience with this location. Booking was easy, and they had the pods ready to load at the facility by my requested time. Russell answered all of my questions, and the ability to track transport via the site was nice. Everything went off without a hitch. Service was exactly what was expected. Flawless on both ends. Drivers and phone reps were pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall a very good move experience. read more

Absolute nightmare dealing with this company! 1. They cant arrive at agreed upon times. Drivers frequently arrive several hours early or they give you some ridiculous 8 hour window of possible times. 2. Corporate location doesn't have a clue. Everything is very segregated and they'll transfer you multiple times. 3. Various companies involved with their daily operations. Good luck speaking to someone who actually knows what was said or agreed upon. 4. The drivers will damage your possessions. 5. Stop giving customers a poor manual with pictures that barely explain how a bulkhead is installed. They'll turn around and blame the customer even though their driver shows up 3 hours early and wont be available for the customer to meet them. Stay away from this moving company!! Save yourself the time, energy, and emotional drainage they'll cause you. read more

They tell up front what the pod size is and when it will be delivered and and when will be picked up how much it will be. They required a credit card when you placed your hold they don't charged until the day they deliver your pods to your new location. It was easy, be aware the small ones can be loaded from top to bottom with a lot of things, but no long item such as 86" sofa. I love them and would recommend them to everyone! read more

U used U-Pack for my moving out of state. I had to change move dates so many times waiting for my place to sell. They are patient, and courteous and all in all did a good job.Although they sent one re-low cube rather than two at the end and I had to give up furniture and a few boxes of some with brand new clothing over the weekend before my move. They adjusted my bill and were apologetic.
