September 9th was altogether different experience. I moved out of a 1 bdrm home with outdoor furniture. It's been a long time since i moved and apparently I did not ask enough questions and Tim did not explain my cost options ( 3 hr min w/ 2 guys Vs 4 hr min w/ 3 guys) to ensure I understood the cost difference as a return customer. Also I was not offered my senior discount i see in prior reviews. I was charged a shrink wrap fee $20 when they had tons of blankets. Beware owner will not use Zelle, Venmo or PayPal to avoid a 5% Credit card fee-OUCH! Moving forward, I will call 3 other companies for comparison.

I mean, they choose to be the middle man, and i get screwed. So I had to go buy 25 more invitations, labels, and postage. This time, i decided to mail them from the post office themself, and guess what?! They all received the invitations. I dont believe in coincidence. i believe postal annex lost my invitations. I've been helping my friend move her belongings from her relatives house to her storage unit here,…read moreconsecutively for the past few weekends. I haven't stepped into a storage facility in 16 years and this location is so upgraded from I used to pay for in National City. When we made our first trip, my friend said- I forgot what the gate code is & my exact unit number. LOL. While she went into the office and retrieved her info, I waited in my truck. Once she got the info- we drove past the security gates- towards Building G (same building attached to the office). Her unit is located within the 3 story building. On the street level, there's an opening into the building, where you'll find the elevators/ lifts. And the flatbed push carts- which definitely come in handy to move items in a safe, timely manner. Even at this entrance, you'll feel the air conditioner- which makes a difference in the Riverside heat. Ughhh! There are a few parking stalls adjacent to the building entrances. *BTW- if you don't see any of the flatbed carts in Building G- walk over to Building H and look inside that entrance by the elevators. One time we found 7 of the carts. There are 2 elevators for each of these 3 story buildings, which definitely helps customers out. They are decent length, where we could fit 2 carts, side by side. And 3 of us, comfortably. Her unit is the biggest available- and inside her unit and along the hallways- are well lit. She mentioned she got her unit when this facility first opened (about 2 years ago) and they had great MOVE IN offers! They also offer RV storage, which is in the adjacent lot from the buildings. The facility is clean and they have great hours.
