Their pricing was very fair. On moving day, the crew arrived right on time and had no issue making an additional stop at my storage unit. They were friendly, extremely hardworking, and incredibly fast. They also took extra care while loading and unloading, making sure my furniture and belongings were protected and handled properly. Even with a long day that included a three-hour drive to a rural location, they arrived on schedule and maintained their energy the entire time. Everything arrived intact and was unloaded exactly as requested. I was very pleased with Spartan's service and I would absolutely use them again.

The two guys that arrived were very friendly and efficient - Angelo and I forgot the other's name. They worked very hard. There were a couple hiccups: There were supposed to be 3 movers but one did not show up. We were only charged for the 2 movers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I hired them expecting professional…read moreservice, but what I got was a complete breakdown in logistics and a total lack of respect for my property. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company... that is unless you love broken furniture and terrible/non-existent customer service! The company showed up understaffed with fewer workers than we'd contractually agreed to. They didn't send the number of workers promised, which made the entire process slow, disorganized, and ultimately dangerous for my belongings. From the moment they showed up we contacted the company to address the concerns, but given we had everything scheduled logistically to be gone from our house that day, we had no option but to move forward with the smaller worker crew that showed up. Long story short, we wasted twice as long as it should have taken to get everything done due to the lack of movers. And in the process, they managed to completely break some brand new furniture in the process. It was broken so badly that they just threw it away. BUT THE WORST PART IS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE: The "screw-ups" during the move were bad enough, but the aftermath has been even worse. Trying to resolve the damage and the contract breach has been a nightmare. Their customer service is dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability for their failures. Even today, they were supposed to connect me with their claims manager (after about 5 phone calls and 5 emails), yet failed to do so as they said they would. It's clear they care more about booking jobs than actually fulfilling their contractual obligations or protecting your home. I've had to spend my own time drafting emails and fighting just to get a response regarding the property they destroyed. Do not believe the hype. They are understaffed, they break your furniture, and they will leave you hanging when it comes time to make it right. STAY AWAY.

The big day arrived and at 9am sharp the moving truck rolled through the security gates at Eaves, which surprisingly were actually working that morning. Out jumped the guys, like an Eastern European swat team and after a few waivers were signed absolving them of any and all blame if they broke anything, they were straight to work. It was time for me to put my feet up and let these moving magicians do their thing but I'd barely finished my 3rd extra hot flat white at the local coffee shop when i got the text saying they were all loaded up! This move and this team redeemed every other move and experience I've ever had (with other companies) with moving. We moved from a 2b2ba condo and the team was communicative and helpful during booking and even flexible with my last minute changes the day before when we decided to add a 3rd mover to our reservation. Carlos x2 and Bruno called me when they were about 20 minutes out from arrival, they worked efficiently and were extremely respectful of property and all items we were moving. They took direction well, were beyond professional and courtesy and truly made the experience an enjoyable one. The cost of moving can be high, but the cash-price to move was definitely competitive for the area. And their reviews truly matched the positive experience we had. Cost and value 15/10. I honestly would have paid more for the experience and efficiency we got (so we tipped well!) Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation.
