I rented a space in their "secure" lot to park my trailer. It was stolen by thieves that hacked the electronic gate and broke into the facility overnight. The apathetic response by the facility's owners/employees and the Henderson PD was very disheartening to say the least! I never received an apology from the ownership of the company. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders! My personal auto insurance covered the trailer's worth but not the contents. Be careful what you check and initial when signing their contract. Consult a lawyer before you sign. I didn't, and I had to accept all liability for my trailer being stolen with all it's contents! read more

I have use the storage facility for many years now and I'm incredibly happy with both the cleanliness and the staff. I have never found problems accessing the facility or getting an elevator to work. The rates are reasonable but the best part is that the staff is so nice and helpful read more

If I could give this awful establishment 0 starts I absolutely would. The office staff here is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional in every aspect. From threatening to fine me for using a dumpster that is MARKED FOR PUBLIC USE, to calling and harassing me several times on the phone, to staring and making obscene comments as my boyfriend and I were loading our car. Absolutely the most unprofessional and unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with. Eric is a complete fucking disgrace to this company and I would hope that corporate would come to their senses and fire this piece of trash. Hard to believe they would continue to employ someone who talks so poorly to paying customers on the phone and makes repeated calls in attempts to threaten customers. read more

I love this company to death. I have been with them for years. They are really nice and helpful. Answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. They even called me when there was a fire in the building to make sure my stuff was ok. Now the only down side was when I was able to take all my things out of their there were a bunch of mice dropping. I know it is a hard thing to control what people store. But it would of been would nice for them to tell me that too. I have a lot of this ruined because of the mice urine and poop. read more

We just completed a one-month rental of an indoor, ground floor unit. When we moved out we found three live rats and significant damage. The manager said that she had received other similar complaints. She said that "they paid a lot for pest control", but I only saw one trap located outside our building. Stay away until this is fixed! read more

She tried to get me, really, the better deal. Storage is in safe location, looks like taken care of well (clean), so I would recommend this place if you are looking for a storage. read more
