I am a African American woman went into this business to rent a space and was treated so very rudely and the white chick Mattie was very rude texting her manager to see if she could rent to a black woman mind you I am a nurse and purse cost more then her pay check at 3 months. I have a Cayenne Turbo, Range Rover Four other vehicle's and this whit bitch go sit up there and be racist to me. I will see you in court. read more

People there were super helpful figuring out what I needed and making it happen. Look forward to working with them

Storage was a good deal and was able to get a unit quickly and hassle free. I liked that I also could get one online and not have to talk to anyone read more

Tony Rocks! He was VERY accommodating with my move-out needs. The monthly price was pretty hefty, however it did come with great service and amenities! read more

Price Gouging! I rented a space for $64 in June 2020 but as of November 2020 the rent will be increased by almost 40% to $89. Shameful greed during a pandemic! read more

I rented a space in their "secure" lot to park my trailer. It was stolen by thieves that hacked the electronic gate and broke into the facility overnight. The apathetic response by the facility's owners/employees and the Henderson PD was very disheartening to say the least! I never received an apology from the ownership of the company. Everyone just shrugged their shoulders! My personal auto insurance covered the trailer's worth but not the contents. Be careful what you check and initial when signing their contract. Consult a lawyer before you sign. I didn't, and I had to accept all liability for my trailer being stolen with all it's contents! read more

Tony and Maria are awesome, they were fantastic help with a stressful move! Tony helped me navigate the website as well as find my unit!

Price was decent, wasn't too excited about the added cost of the insurance, but it wasn't really a big deal. What I really didn't like was the rat poop all over my stuff. Had my stuff in storage for about 6 months. read more

Maddie & Mike are wonderful. We came into to wrap up our rented space, they were helpful and professional. Thank you for making our moving experience super easy! read more

I have use the storage facility for many years now and I'm incredibly happy with both the cleanliness and the staff. I have never found problems accessing the facility or getting an elevator to work. The rates are reasonable but the best part is that the staff is so nice and helpful read more

We couldn't be happier with a storage facility -- and it was because of the staff. From beginning to end, we got great rates and really good customer service. Maria is AWESOME! She helped us with everything from dollies to trash to band-aids. She even worked it out so the facility would keep a key for us (we have a production company and from the East Coast). This was so, so easy. Thank you guys - and especially, thank you Maria. :) read more

Amazing customer service at the Galleria location. Friendly staff snd quality storage units for a good price!

If I could give this awful establishment 0 starts I absolutely would. The office staff here is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional in every aspect. From threatening to fine me for using a dumpster that is MARKED FOR PUBLIC USE, to calling and harassing me several times on the phone, to staring and making obscene comments as my boyfriend and I were loading our car. Absolutely the most unprofessional and unhelpful staff I have ever dealt with. Eric is a complete fucking disgrace to this company and I would hope that corporate would come to their senses and fire this piece of trash. Hard to believe they would continue to employ someone who talks so poorly to paying customers on the phone and makes repeated calls in attempts to threaten customers. read more

James at Extra Space Storage was amazing. He toured the location with us and showed us two different options for storage size we needed. Was really informative and knowledgeable. I would definitely let others know to use this Extra Space Storage location and to ask for James! read more

I love this company to death. I have been with them for years. They are really nice and helpful. Answering all my questions and getting back to me in a timely manner. They even called me when there was a fire in the building to make sure my stuff was ok. Now the only down side was when I was able to take all my things out of their there were a bunch of mice dropping. I know it is a hard thing to control what people store. But it would of been would nice for them to tell me that too. I have a lot of this ruined because of the mice urine and poop. read more

We just completed a one-month rental of an indoor, ground floor unit. When we moved out we found three live rats and significant damage. The manager said that she had received other similar complaints. She said that "they paid a lot for pest control", but I only saw one trap located outside our building. Stay away until this is fixed! read more

James at Extra Space Storage on Galleria was the pinnacle of professionalism. Not only did he take me around on the golf cart to allow me to hand select the unit of my choosing, but he also provided excellent reccommendations for good eats to this out-of-towner. James was awesome! Very helpful and upfront with explaining the costs associated with renting a storage room (not like another one I called and visited). Took the time to show me the unit location and then walked back with me to put the lock on the door! Conveniently located. Seems to be an older facility but clean and well maintained. read more

I was looking for a storage all day and just before 5pm, I found this place. I was referred from another location of Extra Space Storage. Kim at the lease office was very helpful. She tried to get me, really, the better deal. Storage is in safe location, looks like taken care of well (clean), so I would recommend this place if you are looking for a storage. read more
