They were incredibly efficient, fast, strong, and hardworking, yet still handled all of our belongings with great care. We moved an entire house and even had a second location with additional items, and they handled everything seamlessly. Throughout a long day of moving, they never once complained and were always polite, professional, and positive. Moving is stressful, but this team made the entire process so much easier. We truly couldn't have asked for a better crew. If you're looking for reliable, hardworking movers who treat your belongings with respect, I highly recommend Junior, Martin, and William!

I told every company that we have a small move as we had been moving things little by little by ourselves, only Lynn provided me with the lowest minimum hours and competitive pricing. When I said I would get back to her, I appreciated her persistence in following up. They estimated 2.5 hours of work and Carlos and his team did a great job efficiently moving things, only took 30 more minutes than they estimated. They also didn't have any hidden charge for wrapping material for couch etc. My husband at the receiving address said they were very careful with our newly renovated home, the floor, the wall etc as they moved and assembled furniture. After the move, the owner Diego himself reached out to check in and asked for feedback. As somebody running a business myself and working with business owners, I really appreciate how they run their business, the efficiency, the flexibility and the care. Will recommend them to anybody in my network who needs moving services.

I can't get these boxes by going by supermarkets, I need real boxes that have never been used. It's not me, it's my stuff - none of my things like to be anywhere where food, livestock or various sundries have been first. I have ordered from U-line in the past, but their shipping is outrageous, almost as much as the whole order. I did a little Google search and found suppliesformoving.com. At the time of the order, I had no idea they were in Brooklyn. The site is clean and all the information is readily accessible. One can guarantee that this website did not cost a lot of money, but it works. One of the best things about this company is that they have pre-prepared packages of boxes, tape, etc. divided by room and/or rooms which makes it a little easier. They have boxes for junk, boxes for tvs, boxes for lamps - are you following me here? They have supplies for moving - tape, blankets, plastic wrap, paper. So I go online and make my order (FREE shipping by the way on everything!) and expect it to come in a couple days according to the site. After the confirmation of sale is where it gets good. 30 minutes pass and I get a call from the company saying they can deliver today, the same day, in the late afternoon. OK. One hour later I get another call that they can deliver right now. Yes please. Approximately three hours after I ordered many, many boxes, they arrived in perfect shape. Having no idea this company was in Brooklyn, I guess I should consider myself lucky. The customer service was fantastic and the boxes have been working just fine. If you want quick, efficient service and if you want to get your supplies to pack and move in an instant, go to suppliesformoving.com.* ________________________ * If all of the bottoms of the boxes break while moving, damaging all of my kids' toys and my valuable possessions, I reserve the right to come back and be extremely agitated.

I read some negative reviews which made me suspicious - all I can say is my experience has been nothing but an A+! Communication was top-notch, it was super easy to set up, the pricing was honest and there were no hidden charges because believe me I was looking for them! The drivers were respectful and lovely and the whole thing was just seamless start to finish. Most of the things I needed I could do online easily, did a few chats to clarify a few things, and even had a phone call with someone from their company so one of these reviews says it's impossible to find a human but I didn't have that experience. I had them pick up about 14 bags of clothing, it was extremely affordable, and really easy to schedule them to deliver them back when I returned. I will for sure use them again and recommend them to anyone.

The items were later delivered to my new residence on August 4, 2026. At the time of pickup, all items -- including dishware, bedding, and clothing -- were in sound, undamaged condition. Upon delivery on August 4, 2026, I discovered the following damage: 1. Ten (10) plates and bowls were broken and destroyed during Clutter's handling, storage, or transport. 2. Two sealed storage bags were found soaked through with water, to the extent that their contents appeared to have been submerged. The affected contents -- a comforter, a pillow, and multiple articles of clothing -- were saturated and have since developed significant mold growth, rendering them unsafe and unusable. This water intrusion and resulting mold contamination could only have occurred while the items were in Clutter's custody, either during storage at the Tier facility or in transit. The presence of mold raises additional health and safety concerns, as mold-contaminated bedding and clothing cannot be safely cleaned or salvaged and must be replaced entirely.

(tldr: lack of communication, damaged boxes and furniture upon arrival, poor quality of service) In the beginning, Jeff was very attentive and made us feel like "Yes! This is the quality of service we're looking for in a company!" and the quoted price was great. He told us everything we needed to know about our move and we were excited to move forward. (Disclaimer: Low price is because they have other moves on the same truck as yours. We figured it wouldn't be a problem... it was.) But once we had our stuff loaded on to the truck, that's when it went all downhill. First things first, the pick-up movers told us how much we should be tipping them (they said they wanted 20%), which was extremely unprofessional. I don't mind if they had just mentioned that tips are appreciated, but to have the balls to flat out tell me you want 20%? Really? I didn't hear from Jeff for about a week after our initial pick-up, and when he did respond, all he could tell me was that our stuff was still waiting to be put onto the truck and our 6 day delivery window remained the same. He told me he would update with information when he had some. I asked him if it was possible to get a tighter delivery window once the truck was in transit and he informed me that once we got closer to the delivery window he'd have a better estimate of when our stuff should be arriving. (At this point, we were 9 days from the first day of our delivery window and 7 days since pick-up.) Another week goes by without any correspondence from Jeff. I'm starting to get a little anxious because it's 2 days from the first day of our delivery window and we have no idea where our stuff is. So I contact him again asking if he had an update. The first day of the delivery window is pushed back a day. Still very vague. I ask again if he could provided a tighter delivery window since we're working people and need to make arrangements to receive this move if it does come on a work day. He said he'll try his best. So now it's the first day of the delivery window! Hurray! But silence on Jeff's end. At this point, we figured he'd have some sort of idea where the truck is and have an idea of when the truck should be arriving to us. I email Jeff and no response. I get that it's a Saturday, but if client is paying thousands of dollars to use your services, just a quick acknowledgement would be appreciated. We get a call later that day from the driver saying he's in the area and will delivery the following day or the next, depending on the other deliveries. Okay, great! But why wasn't Jeff able to provide that information to us? The driver told us that they're not actually a part of Movage and they're hired to do jobs within Movage (which was one of the first questions I asked because I wanted to make sure that the move wasn't being contracted out to third parties), so the drivers themselves weren't even in touch with Movage at all. And then our stuff finally arrives... boxes were damaged, wet, opened, our couch was soaked on one side... I'll let the pictures do the talking. The response we get after we express our extreme disappointment is just a very textbook: "I apologize for any inconvenience. This is not the typical feed back we receive from our customers. I will help you as much as possible as I have tried to do from the first time we spoke. I will attach a claims form to this email. Please fill it out at your earliest convenience so we can start a claim process for you. Thank you." If you're looking to do a long distance move, go with Mayflower. We deeply regret not choosing to go with them in the first place.

Subject: Complaint Against Top Tier Van Lines LLC - Interstate Moving Violations, Property Damage,…read moreHarassment, and Intimidation I am filing this complaint against Top Tier Van Lines LLC regarding my interstate household move from Illinois to Florida. I hired Top Tier LLC based on representations that my household goods would be delivered within approximately 5-10 days. Instead, the company failed to meet its promised delivery timeframe and repeatedly failed to provide meaningful updates regarding the location or status of my belongings. Throughout the move, communication was extremely poor. My repeated attempts to obtain delivery information were met with vague responses or no response at all. This caused significant stress and uncertainty while my personal property remained in the company's possession. When my belongings were finally delivered, multiple items had been damaged or broken. I documented the damage with photographs and have retained evidence of the condition of my property. Because of the delivery delays, lack of communication, and damage to my belongings, I disputed the charges through my financial institution. Following my dispute, an individual associated with Top Tier LLC began sending me harassing and intimidating text messages rather than addressing my concerns professionally. During this exchange, the individual stated, "And I have your address," while also directing insults and abusive language toward me and my husband. Given the circumstances, I reasonably interpreted this statement as an attempt to intimidate me because I exercised my legal right to dispute the charges. No consumer should be subjected to harassment or implied threats for seeking reimbursement or challenging improper business practices. I believe Top Tier Van Lines LLC engaged in the following: * Failure to provide reasonable communication regarding shipment status. * Failure to perform services as represented. * Delivery of household goods in a damaged condition. * Unprofessional and abusive conduct toward a customer. * Intimidation and harassment after I exercised my consumer rights by disputing the charges. I respectfully request that FMCSA investigate Top Tier LLC's business practices and determine whether the company has violated federal consumer protection requirements governing interstate household goods carriers. I have retained and can provide the following evidence: * Signed moving contract and bill of lading. * Payment records. * Photos documenting damaged household goods. * Screenshots of text messages showing harassment and the statement, "And I have your address." * Records documenting the delays and lack of communication. * Documentation relating to my payment dispute. I am requesting any relief available under FMCSA regulations and ask that this complaint become part of the company's enforcement record to help protect other consumers from similar treatment.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT HIRE TOP TIER VAN LINES…read more The worst moving experience I have ever had. We paid more than $5,000, and they DID NOT EVEN FINISH OUR MOVE. Our written estimate priced labor at $415/hour for "2 trucks, 6 packers." Top Tier sent ONE 26-foot truck and FOUR movers and refused to reduce the rate. The estimate even includes an $830 "5 man" local trip fee, despite only four people showing up. The crew appeared inexperienced, painfully slow, and inefficient. They took repeated breaks, considerable bathroom breaks, and approximately AN HOUR FOR LUNCH during an hourly move. They also repeatedly left our bathroom disgusting. I have video footage documenting periods of inactivity while the hourly clock was running. Communication was extremely difficult. The crew primarily spoke Spanish. The stacker spoke limited English, but not enough for detailed communication about a full-house move. My problem isn't that they spoke Spanish--it's that Top Tier failed to provide anyone who could effectively communicate with us about the job. And ultimately, THEY DIDN'T FINISH IT. They LEFT BELONGINGS AT OUR OLD HOUSE. At the new house, they PILED A HUGE AMOUNT OF OUR PROPERTY INTO THE LIVING ROOM instead of taking everything to its proper location, despite the written estimate including "full placement of items in the new home." Then came payment. We had already paid a 30% deposit, and they required the remaining balance before unloading. Immediately before paying, I specifically asked the stacker: "You guys are gonna make sure all the beds and the TV stands and everything you guys took down is gonna get put back together, correct?" He answered: "Yeah." I HAVE THAT CONVERSATION RECORDED. The conversation then went directly into paying the $3,624.60 balance. I ASKED. THEY CONFIRMED. I PAID. THEY STILL DIDN'T PROPERLY FINISH THE JOB. Their estimate already included disassembly/reassembly and full placement. Apparently our obligation to pay was strictly enforced, while their obligation to finish the job was optional. And this isn't simply my word against theirs. I have the written estimate, recorded conversation, video footage, and documentation of the belongings left behind and how our property was left at delivery. I will be disputing these charges with my payment provider and submitting my evidence. One truck instead of two. Four movers instead of six. Property left behind. Belongings dumped in the living room. And an unfinished job after they got paid. ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. NEVER AGAIN.
