If you want to keep your things please DO NOT RENT HERE!! This place is right by a freeway where all the homeless have access to, can easily jump over the fence and lift your door as if it was Aluminum foil, just like they did mine. No security system whatsoever. Storage place just called me to let me know id be robbed. Next thing i know id be fighting to prove i got robbed when they were the ones who notified me!! So much memorablilia stolen but obviously some of that is priceless lets just hope they accept my claim of my valuables SMH. read more

10:01 PM on Saturday night went to leave, typed access code at gate and got a red beep. Gate would not open. Never been to a storage place that would not let you out. Called the number to reach someone but no answer. Called many times leaving messages. No emergency number to call. I had my 83 year old mom with me. She was starting to freak out. The city doesn't have a police dept. Had to figure that out in order to call Sheriff Dept. Not even sure they could help. The deputy saved the night and my insanity. (Thank you SanBernardino Sheriffs dept) the deputy arrived at 11:45 and we were out by 12:00am. The rental office never called me back to check in with me, or if everything was alright. After all the messages I left, they should have called me back. I rented the unit for my mom. Went to office myself and filled out paperwork got the unit and no id was asked for. He even talked me into insurance. Which I had already told him it was covered by my mom's insurance. He said blah blah blah. He said you can just call me and I can have that taken off for you. I saud great, ok I will change it after we double check her coverage. So I called insurance and she is covered. I called office today to get it the insurance taken off. Kenny the office manager says, Oh I am going to have to have the owner of unit come in to office to change the ins. I said that is not going to happen. Especially after her being locked in the place for 2 hours. She is already upset. He said he needs id to make changes. I said you didn't need ID to rent unit. He argued with me. Renting a unit here is fast and easy. You can rent it over the phone and they prepare everything for you. They give you the unit number, gate code, and locks for a small price. I recommend them! The customer service was excellent and the site manager was nice and helpful read more

Do not rent a storage place from this location here. They break into the cars/ Vans / storge units from the mobile park next door, they have cameras but there nothing they can do about it. Owner and works are nice but no results. I dont recommend this place, go some where else if you can. Some where they actually protect customers cars and stronge stuff.... read more

The bad: when you call to learn about them, they have a representative in Utah who tells you what you want to hear, not revealing hidden costs. Then, when we talked to a store representative, they have a policy not to tell you over the phone that you are obliged to pay an extra $13 a month for insurance or loss/damage coverage. That changed fast how much we were estimating it would cost, from the already great promotional cost of $10/month for a 5x6 unit. However, if you already pay renter's insurance, or such, you can show this and get out of the extra $13. The good: Samantha was great at this location and tried really hard to work with us after having to be the bearer of bad news about the extra, hidden costs. She seemed very professional and new what she was doing. The unit was clean, elevators worked well to the 2nd level. The storage units seemed well maintained. Even with the insurance it still was as good or better than was being charged for other units in the area. read more

I am NOT even a customer of the storage facility. I was referred by the woman at the post office across the street to purchase a box. On my way into the office the manager was leaving to lunch, he saw me and stopped, he got out of his car and came in to help me anyway. While accommodating my purchase he asked if I needed tape and I said yes. He gave me a whole roll of tape to help me out because he knew I would pay a lot at the post office. He was very nice and helpful. People just don't go the extra mile anymore and I feel blessed that he took the minute to open the office and help me for such a small purchase. read more
