Specifically, the owner made comments that found offensive and inappropriate. Their demeanor and choice of behavior felt hostile and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of their race, background, or any other characteristic. This experience not only left me deeply upset but also raised concerns about the level of service and inclusivity at this location.
