Thank you, Erik Uhaul has a pesky clause in their rental agreement that states "U-Haul reserves the right to schedule an alternate pick up location..." Since we had two pieces of equipment reserved, we were faced with TWO pick up locations and Erik fixed this for us. We were going to need a truck plus a trailer and Erik offered to make certain BOTH pieces of equipment would be at a single location. What a great guy! (otherwise, we would have needed to pick up the truck at Wm D Tate location and then drive to a second location to rent the trailer). Erick made it much easier. For our pick up on Thanksgiving Day, all our needed equipment was in place and the team on this particular day was efficient and eager to help, in spite of working on a cold and rainy holiday.
