I called the PoC the day before to let them know that the weather shows heavy rain and the trailer was parked about 30 feet from the apartment. The PoC confirmed they can still complete it (despite me mentioning that the forecast indicates heavy rain) and did not want to reschedule. The crew arrived on time and moved some stuff before it started raining heavily. They damaged (broke) one of the drawers from my center table and LEFT THE TRUCK DOOR OPEN when it started raining with the ramp outside. This got all the stuff (speakers, boxes and bags) towards the entrance wet. When the crew returned to close the door, they just dumped things on top of each other resulting in broken glasses etc. The PoC and the crew confirmed they would come at 10am the next day to complete the move, but did not show up. Upon calling the PoC, I was informed they can come later in the day, and when I mentioned it doesn't work for me I was told I'll get a call back in 5-10 min. Waited for about 45 minutes and didn't hear anything back. Tried calling multiple times but the PoC did not answer. Unprofessional, lack basic communication, and no regard for your stuff.

Pieces of furniture were reclassified such as a kitchen table bench became a "patio love seat" billed at a higher amount, foldable ladder became a collapsible ladder billed at a higher rate, and small items such as a 1x2x1 dollhouse was billed as 20 cubic feet. We had a number of items that were not delivered to final destination. They leveraged the fact this was a scheduled interstate move to force us into a considerable increase in the quoted price.
