I told them I would be there in 4 minutes, The gentleman said "ok see you then". When I arrived I could not find their suite and so I called and called and called. This was 4 minutes later. No one answered. When I found the unit there was a sign on the door that said OUT FOR LUNCH after I had just told them I would be there in 4 minutes. I drove 30 mins to get to the wrong location and they didn't have the professionalism to wait 4 minutes for me before they went oUt lunch ..after they knew I was coming! I went down the street to Alco and got what I needed. Needless to say I will never give this place my business after that!

This most recent move was an 8-hour day from Austin to Cedar Park and involved two separate apartments--moving my daughter out of her apartment with four flights of stairs and me out of mine with one flight of stairs. They unloaded everything at my new apartment and then continued on to unload my daughter's belongings at her new place. Thankfully, both of the new buildings had elevators, it was a big job. I specifically requested Gerard again after working with him during my 2022 move because he was so exceptional--and once again, he did not disappoint. Gerard and Jamal were amazing. They managed to fit the contents of both apartments into a 24-foot trailer, and even my queen-size bed frame fit perfectly into the back of his truck. I was truly impressed. These guys were quick, strong, happy, and professional--true gentlemen with a confident, can-do attitude. Our coffee table was broken, several pictures were broken, the glass to one of our tables broken, they damaged some shelves along with scuffing our walls. As we were unpacking coming across more and more broken and damaged items we asked them to just leave. We paid them unfortunately. However we found them on Yelp. We reached out to several places and MFH responded right away. Set up was easy. They were very kind on the phone and emails. Very professional. The issues came from the actual movers. Probably didn't help that we couldn't communicate with them considering they only spoke Spanish and google translate didn't work for them. We would have to call someone to translate anytime we wanted to speak to them.

The drive did take them a very long time, but they likely hit traffic and stopped for lunch. The good part is that they charged a flat rate for the drive, so the clock wasn't running for the time between houses. They did a very thorough job in wrapping my furniture. Nothing was damaged in the process. No damage to the walls at either location. They showed showed up on time and the loading and unloading only took 1 hour longer than I estimated.
