I buy storage auctions as a living and I have for quite some time now. I have never had a problem with a single facility or a single store manager up until this facility. The lady that runs this facility is rude and a nasty person. I would never do business with her if I was getting paid to. She has an attitude as if she is better than the rest of the world and clearly lacking something incredible that makes her treat others poorly. She had me suspended for not showing up quick enough to clean out a unit. It was already auctioned off to someone else so I imagine I was the second highest bidder When i was sent an email from storage treasures to accept the unit so I'm sure she did the same thing with the first person as well. There are over 1100 units posted on storage treasures right now and if this is something you do as a full-time job there are times that you may have many units to clean out at once. I have never had an issue with anybody else understanding that and giving me extra time if needed. The problem with this facility is I called and left a message and never got a return phone call. I also never got a phone call initially saying I won an auction there let's set up a time. Every single facility I've worked with calls me within an hour of accepting a unit. When storage treasures states clearly to speak to someone before you go to their unit. I had a problem a few months back with the same facility. I want a unit and I called to set up a time to come pick it up and they told me oh we auction off somebody's unit that actually have their bill paid so we will get back to you because we weren't supposed to auction off that unit. And they never called me back I had to call them three times to find out hello am I supposed to come clean this unit out or not. so I was not going to waste my time driving an hour there when I could not get anybody on the phone and I had that issue the previous time. This lady clearly does not have it together with her job and she is so rude. She doesn't listen to people when they talk or take the time to see the whole picture which is why she auctioned off somebody's unit that was paid for. She got my account suspended and passed it on to somebody else so when I called her this morning she didn't even let me finish the sentence I was saying before she said I know who you are. I gave the unit to somebody else click and basically hung up the phone on me. This is somebody's livelihood that you are ruining because they didn't bend over backwards to call you 800 times until you finally answered the phone. And then you are never going to reach out and call me either. Are you the person that gets off on ruining people's lives and jobs? If that's the case, I will make sure that I give you the same treatment every single day until the problem is solved and I mean every single day. I don't know how people like you sleep at night, but I'm gonna take a guess that you have a terrible life outside of work and inside of work as well or you would not treat people that way so I hope the next time that you need somebody to have empathy or help you out They tell you to go F yourself. Do not ever get a storage unit at this facility not for an auction and not for personal use. I have great rapport with the general manager in your district and every other manager at every other extra space so I will take care of this the correct way and make sure that you never treat anybody that way again at least not inside of extra space storage.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE EVER! I just received an email from storage treasures where this store manager stated that she tried contacting me twice. I will be sending my phone records to storage treasures to show that you are a liar! I will also be sending my phone records to corporate to show that you are a liar. U think you're so powerful because you can click a button and ruin someone's life. Do u get off on that? Ur a disgusting person and karma will get you!! What r u making? 22 dollars an hour? I got a ten by twenty unit back in april of this year 2025. My original price for the unit was a $155 then it jumped to $199 a few months later. It's now just december of 2025 and the cost of the unit skyrocketed 275 per month. They said they sent me a notice of this last month, but said it could have looked like just junk mail.That's professional isn't it? Anyway, the reasoning for this excessive jump in what I was originally pain to what i'm paying now was because my unit is in high demand so rather than keeping a customer that has been paying on time all this time. They're doing what they can to push me out, so they can rent the unit to another person for a less amount only to start raising the rent price of the unit for them in a few months. Way to treat your current customers. There is rarely anyone in the office.Is another thing to keep in mind. Good thing my house is pending a sale cause I so want out of this storage unit ASAP and move out of Colorado ASAP. read more

I rented a storage unit at this location 2 months ago, already i am being harrased about raising my rent. I signed upo at $79 now they want $110. On top of that is the lack of cleanliness in the loading/parking areas, inside is pretty spottless but often find homeless people charging their phones inside the doors. Today was the Kicker store manager "Andrew Miller" called me to talk about my unit, He was extremely rude I explained that I was at work and could not talk, he would not take this for an answer. I had to hang up, He angrily called back and imedietly threatened to end my lease if I hung up on him. I explained that do not work for him nor do I belong to him and I will take my business elsewhere. He became verbally abusive so I had to hang up again. I wish I had seen reviews before I rented at this location. They gave me a contract at one rate and then several months later changed the rate with no notice. The manager never mentioned these rate increases when I signed up and cannot show where in the contract the terms are for this shady practice. In order to avoid being scammed here you can pay a year in advance, otherwise you're subject to their predatory practice! read more

It saddens me to say this, but Extra Space Storage will rip you off if you move out early in the month. I moved my belongings out of my storage unit on September 2, 2019 and they expect me to pay for the whole month of September. After years of storing with them, I will never return. read more

When I arrived, I needed to get into a shared work storage unit, she first called the owner of the unit to make sure I was legit, then showed me where the unit was, and even helped me load the large item into my car!! She was diligent about locking all of the doors before she left the front desk to help me find the unit. The location was safe, spotless, and new. read more
