Probably the worst salon I have been too. My tips fell off within two day, I was at the salon for two hours and didn't even get the design I wanted. I went back to get them fixed and they were a complete different size as my others. I would not recommend going there. I wouldn't even give it a star if I didn't have too read more

Got my nails done and my eyebrows waxed. Two stars for the waxing. My eyebrows were slightly uneven and I broke out everywhere where the wax touched my face. I've gotten my eyebrows waxed at other places and this has never happened before. The nails were okay. They had a lot of people so I think the technician was rushed and inexperienced. The nails were uneven and she missed spots. Honestly, they looked similar to what I could have done on my own. read more

Work bring me to this little gem. No matter the service or time of day it is a pleasant Experience. Two concerns - different price for same service You need to work on that.. Apologies I don't know his name but you know exactly whom I'm speaking about a man that is the biggest smart ass and down right rude ever!! He will never touch my nails again. Talking in your language when customers are being serviced is rude to say the least as the customer that doesn't speak is left out and forced to listen to. chatter. But I have a coworker who speaks and I called her and let her listen to him and he was speaking about me in unprofessional manner. Get him in check as I luv the salon Your own employees bitch about him... read more

This place is terrible. Gosh. I went this past week as I was desperate to get my nails done as my regular nail lady was off so I tried a new place. This place was filthy. The utensils look like they had never been clean. The tables were filled with dust and grime. The woman sitting next to me even made a comment about how dirty the tables were. I cannot believe how disgusting this place was. The guy even used a brush to dust my nails off and then took the same brush and dusted the tables off then put it back in the box. How unsanitary. I have been to so many salons in the area and this is far dirtier then I had ever seen. I must add there was on nail tech. Extremely loud and arrogant, cursing and talking like she had been out at the club. How unprofessional with children around. Gross. read more

Poor quality and overpriced. Plus my powder dip took 2 and a half hours. Won't be returning

I have been coming here for years for acrylic nails and it is the best and only place I'll go in chester county. Perfect nails every single time, they are so good I didn't even know it was possible to get such good results! read more

I've been here several times and have never been disappointed. Their price point is slightly higher than other salons but I feel that their work is worth the extra. I always get exactly what I ask for here. The girl I had this time (Lala I believe) listened to exactly what I wanted, a full set that was short and round and natural looking. They look so natural that the lady who rang me up thought I just had a gel mani on my real nails. Thy have a great selection of gel polish as well and I can always find the perfect color. I also got my eyebrows waxed for I believe the second time here and was very happy as well. The lady who waxed me looked them over and told me they just needed cleaned up which was exactly what I wanted as well. She cleaned them up and didn't alter the shape. read more

Exton Happy Nails Spa - Full set gel. - Nail Salons Near Me - Exton, Pennsylvania

I've been coming here for years and it used to be my favorite place. I've sadly seen the quality of service decline as they got busier. They skimp on service by rushing so that they can take more clients. Sitting in a chair right now and the tech is more concerned with talking to her co-worker and showing her pictures on her phone. I'm paying for a service and she's playing on her phone? I will not be back. I'll search for a new place. read more

This is one of the nicest nail spas I've ever been to. I'm usually at two other local nail spa but decided to give Happy Nails a chance. Much nicer than Floris. The employees seem happy and everything is extremely clean. No overwhelming fumes. Dryers and UV dryers are strategically placed for both comfort and out of sight so they maintain a clutter free visual. I was extremely pleased. And the best foot and leg massage! read more

Happy Nails is my go to place for my manis/pedis/waxing. I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the salon. Stephanie is by far my favorite tech...she is the only one who has been able to keep my gel manicure looking fresh for 2 straight weeks! Besides being super friendly, she is quick to come up with a cute design, and offer the latest trend ideas. read more

Just got a really great dip manicure. The man did a really nice job and he was super nice. Kinda expensive but worth it. Will come back!

I was looking for a new nail salon because my current tech is not very good at acrylics. I like fun and funky nails but don't want to travel to the city to get them done so I found this shop on Yelp. I was very happy when I went inside. The decor is nice and new and all of the techs smiled and were nice. I was offered a beverage and did not wait long at all. Kim did exactly what I wanted and I have never had such nice, even, well shaped acrylics. I would say this place is pricier than most but worth every penny. read more

Exton Happy Nails Spa - Permanent gel with gel polish. Beautiful! - Nail Salons Near Me - Exton, Pennsylvania

I have been here a few times for pedicures. It is a clean large space with plenty of pedicure chairs (with massage) and manicure stations with multiple people working. This place does get a lot of business and when I have been there on weekends they were quite busy. There are a lot of colors to choose from although I did notice that some of the colors I tried were quite thickened and well used up bottles. All in all I have been happy with the service. Thorough and friendly and a good solid pedicure. The basic pedicure is $30. I would probably avoid peak hours since the service may be more rushed during that time. read more

Went here because my normal place I got to my lady was not in and I need to get my nails fixed. I asked for a pink and white ombré and had about 6 different people come over and try and figure out what I meant. I paid $50 and it looked awful, they had no idea what I was asking for. I asked for just a gel polish and I didn't get any of my money back even though I was unhappy. After I got them repainted they looked alright but definitely not great. read more

Went in a day ago, place very busy. I did get a nice gel manicure, but the women Cindy keep talking to fellow co workers in another language. Awkward and not very friendly. I felt like I had to keep up the conversation. My 2 girls had mani/pedi, and my daughters friend informed after we left, that her polish was all over her fingers and they really didn't do a great job on her feet. It was expensive, total $115 plus tips. We had been there before and they were really great. But I'm not sure I will return, while clean and nice, it felt like you weren't sure of the price, and I really hate when they talk around you. That's poor customer service read more

They did an excellent job but holy smokes it's expensive compared to other local nail salons. It was $65 for a gel manicure and pedicure which is what I pay at a high end spa. I'm happy with the look of my nails but not sure id be willing to pay that much on a routine basis. read more

Not impressed. Called ahead for 5 pedicures and/or 3 pedicures/2 manicures. We were told to come in 15min. and it would be no problem. Arrived and waited 20min (while we picked our colors), then were told to take our respective places and waited 45 MINUTES before anyone came to do anything. Needless to say, all 3 pedicure baths got cold! Then when I went to pay the girl argued with me that my daughter wasn't her age (15) and didn't want to give the same discount her friend's mother got for her 'age'?! All in all, it wasn't really any fun, as we had hoped! NEVER GOING BACK! read more

My daughter and I went tonight at 630 ... We signed in and were taken to the pedicure area. We sat for over 30 minutes without an acknowledgement from anyone. Our feet were freezing. We finally decided to leave at 7:05. We walked out and the staff said. NOTHING. I understand they were busy but how about 'we will be with you shortly' or SOMETHING???? Prices are high. The place is nice and they offer you a soft drink but if you don't receive service what's the point???! We will never return. I'll stick with LV Nails in Downingtown. read more

If you'd love to call and schedule appointment and then come and sit and wait as a walk in that would be a place for you. Big "factory" operation. One of the places that will always take your appointment when you call without really any kind of scheduling. Can't speak for actual work they do as I walked out. Treat your customers with a respect read more

Fantastic time! My hubby and I went to Happy Nails for pedicures as couple time. We were immediately sat, each given a bottle of water, and had a great time. Our techs were friendly, and professional. I found the color options to be comprehensive. The salon is clean and well lit. Price was on par with other salons in the area. Will definitely return! read more

I LOVE this place!! They have a huge selection of colors not only for regular polish but also gel and acrylic. A tad pricey, but what you get is worth it. Usually I go to Kim because she's very detail oriented and meticulous. The gel is some heavy duty stuff and it definitely stays on for 2 weeks, but heed my advice (this isn't particular for this place, just about gel nails in general) let your nails breathe for a bit. Don't do gel too many times in a row. I did it at one point every week for like a month and a half and my nails are still healing!! But once I feel my nails have recovered and are healthy again, I know just where I'm going to get them done. read more

I was so excited to get my nails done for my birthday! I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and it was by busy at all. Only one other person in the salon for the most part. The girl who did my pedicure was amazing, friendly and fun. The nail tech doing my manicure was older and started my manicure while my pedicure was happening which I can understand but polishing my nails while my pedicure was happening confused me. Well I was right as my nails look like a three year old did them. Polish everywhere, huge bubbles and bumps. And she kept complaining how white nail polish is hard and made me feel horrible about my color choice. My pedicure-AMAZING! To top it off, I let them know I wasn't happy and they were going to let the SAME woman fix it! Absolutely NOT! So I paid for BOTH services, $65! Now I get to go somewhere else tomorrow and get it fixed and PAY again! I'm LIVID! DO NOT GO HERE! read more

Had a great experience here with my daughter. We both got pedicures and my daughter got a manicure as well. Great job on both of our nails. Very friendly and happy staff! Would highly recommend. read more

I don't get the rave reviews about this salon! I just moved to the area and was looking for my new go-to salon. Yes, is large, feels upscale and has lots of chairs. But definitely not one of my best experiences. While friendly... It felt insincere. The girl doing my pedicure literally asked me every 30 seconds if I was ok? Or if anything hurt. The pedicure experience was fine, but was very, very disappointed to realize there was no neck massage while I was trying. Perhaps this is a perk, but something I've come to love and my previous salon. There are so many girls working.... Yet when I was done drying and trying to pay, I felt I needed to interrupt a group that had congregated. And... My pedicures always last until my next appointment. One week in and I have 3 nails with no polish. I'll keep looking for a new place, for sure! read more

Ther were roaches in the bathroom so I left before my services even started. I didn't tell the front cause I didn't want them to have to deal with other people hearing me say something . So I decided what better way a review to get help for that nail place ! I do have video tooo . It was that disgusting!! read more

I'm so happy I found this salon. Kim is great. They offer you a drink, it's clean, and they are so sweet and respectful. I enjoy every second I'm there. read more

I just visited this salon for the first time and it is so beautiful. The staff were also very attentive. I was getting my nails done for an engagement shoot and the worker took extra time to make sure each nail was perfect. She even made the tips on my French mani a bit thicker to make sue they looked nice in photos (they still look great in person!). Couldn't be happier and I'll definitely be back with my bridal party! read more

This was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. The salon is exceptionally clean, the polish selection is vast, and the nail art options are abundant. I got a simple, neutral pedicure, and never felt lesser despite not shelling out for one of the many more luxurious options (something to try next time!). I received courteous service and had a great time! Credit card payments are accepted, but tips are, as usual, requested to be in cash. If you're in this area, happy nails is the place to go. One point of criticism only: I came in during off-peak while there were plenty of open chairs, and while my toes were drying I felt slightly rushed out by the gentleman behind the front desk. However, that was minute compared to the rest of my experience. I'll certainly be back. read more

My favorite place for mani+pedis in the area. The staff is fun and very friendly. The attention to detail is superb! Love these girls!!

Amazing job done with cuticle care. My nails look absolutely perfect! Really reasonable prices and they do a lot for just the basic gel manicure and pedicure. Will absolutely come back! read more

I will never go here again. Some of the techs are great and the others are very poor. Last visit in they ruined my nails to the point where I had to cut them all of the way down and they still keep breaking 3 weeks later. read more

Really disappointed in the service here. I called ahead to schedule a specific time and I sat there for 45 minutes waiting at a chair, no one checked in on me, and then I asked how much longer I'd be waiting... the response was "15-20 minutes." I'd much rather have been told they did not have time for me than wasting my time. read more

Relocated to Exton and this was the first nail salon I used. I keep coming back even after moving to a different part of town. The nail techs are good, professional and I'm always happy with their work. They are super helpful when it comes to finding the right color. The only negative would be finding close parking on a weekend. read more

I got acrylic nails done here and it was horrible. My finger was badly cut by the electric nail filer, my nails were thick, the wrong color, and gel. I didn't want them to be gel or BRIGHT PUPLE. I spent way too much on my nails for crap. Do not get acrylics done here, or anything else! read more

Love this Salon. Clean and they do a great job! They are happy, friendly and upbeat. I have tried many others in the area and this one is by far my favorite. read more

I've been going to the salon for about six months and at first I really had a great experience. However, if you don't go first thing in the morning, it can be very crowded and the wait is long. Also, there are number of technicians who don't do a good job. There are a couple of guys working there who are extremely slow. Today I went in and it took over 1.5 Hours for a refill. On top of that, when he was filing my nails, they looked crooked. I eventually had to take the file from his hands and fix it myself because he didn't see that they were crooked even when I pointed out a few times. Then, he skipped the handwashing after polishing and went straight to a scalding hot towel and some quick hand lotion. I decided to skip the pedicure because I was so annoyed. I won't be going there again. It's a shame because a lot the technicians there are really great, so my advice is get to know who you like and only go in when they are available or make an appointment in advance. read more
