One experience, I wouldn't call negative but uncomfortable was my wife and I had separate massages at the same time and left cash tip on each bed before leaving the room. When I didn't write a tip on the cc receipt and after they were told about leaving the tip in cash the masseuse/staff became very offended pushing me to put a tip on the card.......I didn't and re explained the cash tip which seemed to defuse the situation.
