Upon walking in, the place felt so clean, bright, spacious, comfortable, and also smelled good! It's a spa built inside a boutique and there were some really cute clothing on sale. The ladies up front were super sweet and checked us in with no problem! I was a bit nervous as I cannot remember the last time I ever had a facial but I'm so happy that I came across Chrissy! Chrissy is so sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and despite having only 45 minutes with her, she did not rush me at all. I don't know what kind of magic she did on my face but my face feels so much cleaner and brighter. I love how she massages your temples and shoulders too! I felt so at ease with her and the room was very calming, tranquil, and very Zen. I loved the relaxing music and I found myself trying not to fall asleep because it was so peaceful. For 45 minutes, Chrissy did so much!! She cleanse my face, added a pineapple type of mask (my favorite), added some hyaluronic mist, did exfoliation, provided with hot towels, and also a warm, misting fan to enhance the experience. She also does extractions but I didn't have any to extract (lucky me!). I enjoyed our conversations and time with her! I literally can't stop touching my skin! My husband is having his massage done by Maddison. I have no doubts that he would love the experience! I'll update once I hear from him. She always goes the extra mile to make sure you are better then when you came!! I had back surgery about a year-and-a-half ago, I was in excruciating pain, the pain pills were not even helping! So I called Tara and she said that she would gently work around where the surgery had been performed. It took several weeks, but I began to feel a little better as each week passed!! It was clean and professional too. Great massage! The experience would have been 5 star except the therapist asked for a tip (not appropriate) and I said I'd give a $12 credit card tip. She said "no, $20 is a good tip for 60 minutes". After debating this a few times I reached out and took my credit card out of her hand and left without leaving a tip. $80 for 60 minutes is a bit overpriced, the market rate is $70 for 60 minutes. Knock it off with the tip pressure/demanding higher tips.
