After reading all the reviews, we decided to come here for a relaxing, evening facial and massage…read more My husband opted for the combination massage, while I did the 45 minute express facial. Upon walking in, the place felt so clean, bright, spacious, comfortable, and also smelled good! It's a spa built inside a boutique and there were some really cute clothing on sale. The ladies up front were super sweet and checked us in with no problem! I was a bit nervous as I cannot remember the last time I ever had a facial but I'm so happy that I came across Chrissy! Chrissy is so sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and despite having only 45 minutes with her, she did not rush me at all. I don't know what kind of magic she did on my face but my face feels so much cleaner and brighter. I love how she massages your temples and shoulders too! I felt so at ease with her and the room was very calming, tranquil, and very Zen. I loved the relaxing music and I found myself trying not to fall asleep because it was so peaceful. For 45 minutes, Chrissy did so much!! She cleanse my face, added a pineapple type of mask (my favorite), added some hyaluronic mist, did exfoliation, provided with hot towels, and also a warm, misting fan to enhance the experience. She also does extractions but I didn't have any to extract (lucky me!). I enjoyed our conversations and time with her! I literally can't stop touching my skin! My husband is having his massage done by Maddison. I have no doubts that he would love the experience! I'll update once I hear from him. UPDATE: He said it was a very relaxing experience and that Maddison did an amazing job! Thank you to the staff at Body Soul Spa for making our experience so wonderful! Definitely planning on coming back here! If you would like an amazing, relaxing experience, please check this place out! You will not be disappointed!

She always goes the extra mile to make sure you are better then when you came!! I had back surgery about a year-and-a-half ago, I was in excruciating pain, the pain pills were not even helping! So I called Tara and she said that she would gently work around where the surgery had been performed. It took several weeks, but I began to feel a little better as each week passed!! I cannot think of enough good things to say about Terra Firma massage!!! I highly highly recommend her, you won't be sorry you chose her!! Thank you, Sharon Fowler

They start with back massage, then do your legs, neck, stretch, and flip you over. Hot stones are included for free. The 15 minutes of face massage at the end is amazing. I feel great. It was clean and professional too. Great massage! The experience would have been 5 star except the therapist asked for a tip (not appropriate) and I said I'd give a $12 credit card tip. She said "no, $20 is a good tip for 60 minutes". After debating this a few times I reached out and took my credit card out of her hand and left without leaving a tip. $80 for 60 minutes is a bit overpriced, the market rate is $70 for 60 minutes. Knock it off with the tip pressure/demanding higher tips.
