She helped us understand what we can do to help each other cope and ease some of the pain we have from our years of military service. She was always mindful of our aches, pains, and limitations as she helped us modify to within our comfort zone. Having someone come into our home and interacting with us is especially hard with our mental health issues i.e. PTSD/anxiety, etc but she was very caring and made the experience as relaxing as she could. She said "no, $20 is a good tip for 60 minutes". After debating this a few times I reached out and took my credit card out of her hand and left without leaving a tip. $80 for 60 minutes is a bit overpriced, the market rate is $70 for 60 minutes. Knock it off with the tip pressure/demanding higher tips.

The massage itself was OK, but a male employee right outside my curtained off room began a personal phone call, speaking very loudly. I heard all about an oil change and how he had lost all of his phone contacts the day before. It was NOT a relaxing atmosphere. The lady who did the massage was rough, not slow and relaxed. I spent $100 and did not leave a tip, as I was so disappointed. This is the last time I go to O Chi Reflexology at the Paddock Mall.
