Of course she will adjust the pressure but you must communicate. Her English is very little but she knows the body very well. She found places I didn't know were causing me pain like around my ears and elbows. When she asks "pain" she means is this where you want her to focus. She will ask you what areas and if the pressure is good. So I will be honest, I have followed Karen and her husband Daniel around central Florida to different spas. She is worth the drive. I came up from tampa to see her. I suffer from migraines and I am disabled from military service. When I haven't seen her my migraines come back and it hurts to live. So I make sure to see her as much as I can. She's a kind woman and I highly recommend her!

My hubby was able to walk in and get care right away. I forget that this place is here, because I rarely go to the mall. But now that we have so much confidence in this venue and there are many wonderful places to patronize in the area, I think we have more incentive to get over here. The quality, precision, and atmosphere is so amazing here! This is a place that makes a huge impact in health and wellness!

I was traveling all day from Orlando so it was nice that they were able to accommodate me. The lady who did my foot massage was very kind. The massage itself was very good. I docked a star because I didn't like that I was in the front of the business by the door. There's a lot of action in the front and I would've liked a more chill vibe. But it's okay, I was able to get my massage, relax and be peaceful. I would come back if I lived in the area but I'm only visiting from Colorado. Thank you!

There was not much of a wait. I was told to pay first. Basic Table 30 massage. I thought I asked the cashier if they were already using essential oils during the massage. I thought she said yes. Now I know it's $10 more I think. No he masseuses told me to undress and lay face down with white sheet over me. I read in previous reviews to direct them how much pressure to use. The massage went well. She pushed out a lot if my knots. She even got up on the table to properly massage. Her stomach was definitely upset, I could hear the rumbling of her tummy . It was a great massage with the exception of a male and female on two seperate occasions in two seperate rooms "Woooo! That feels good!". That woman let her alarm on her phone hi off for 20 minutes ringing. The stations don't have ceilings. When I was time to open my eyes, the 30 minutes was completed. My back felt different. When exiting, the receptionist asked me how I felt. I told her I didn't know. Lol she offered me a water and I took a card for my ne t visit. Btw. I was sore a dat after, but the recommend taking a shower after you bath to clear toxins.

On the way, I was reading the reviews and was kind of skeptical considering all of the naysayers in the comments. My husband said we should still go. And guess what, I'm glad he did. The customer service was good. The front desk lady greeted us with a smile each time we asked her anything. At the beginning of the massage, they advised us of which items to keep on and which to take off. The masseuse was good. He confirmed the pressure to use and asked a few times while massaging if I was ok. He adjusted my underwear to ensure no oil went towards it and they clip my hair up to avoid oil. Overall, my massage was good. My husband fell asleep during his so you know it was a good one, lol They did ask us to pay and tip upfront if we wanted to. We were not pressured to tip. I would consider going back if I wasn't a visitor!

Massages are a very personal type of a treatment I prefer massage massages for relaxation, and I feel that they just jumped right in without easing you into the massage and started very fast and very hard. I guess if that's what you're looking for. It's perfect. Their prices are very fair especially if you join their membership. I know they will get up and walk on your back if you ask them to or want them to, but I just found it was not relaxing and the lady was moving her hands way too fast and too hard to be enjoying. I'm not sure why this has so many good reviews. I assume a lot of people like fast moving hands on their massages. I did ask her to slow down which she did, but it still was just uncomfortable. I don't feel that she massaged my muscles in a way that I typically would get them done. I also feel that she used way too much massage oil on me. It felt very slippery and it actually made noises. It is definitely an older location, so there is somewhat of a smell in the rooms. All in all, it just wasn't my cup of tea

I contacted her through Yelp late last night, and I was pleasantly surprised that I got a fast response AND she was able to get me in first thing this morning! They are located only 10 minutes from my home, which was nice. As this was my first time visiting this business, I was a bit nervous. I have Fibromyalgia and sensory processing disorder, so how I am touched can either help me relax or leave me in excruciating pain. Winnie used perfect pressure from beginning to end. We did the foot massage first. I had never had a professional foot massage before, and it was SO good! I'm on my feet all day working as a personal chef and household manager, and they often ache. When I arrived, Winnie and I talked about what I was looking for in a massage, as we decided it would be a good move to upgrade my body massage to the oil and hot stone massage. first time I get hot stone and aromatherapy free , and it was so worth it! The basic body massage was fantastic and very thorough, including my face, ears, and hands, which often get missed with a full body massage.
