They start with back massage, then do your legs, neck, stretch, and flip you over. Hot stones are included for free. The 15 minutes of face massage at the end is amazing. I feel great. It was clean and professional too. Great massage! The experience would have been 5 star except the therapist asked for a tip (not appropriate) and I said I'd give a $12 credit card tip. She said "no, $20 is a good tip for 60 minutes". After debating this a few times I reached out and took my credit card out of her hand and left without leaving a tip. $80 for 60 minutes is a bit overpriced, the market rate is $70 for 60 minutes. Knock it off with the tip pressure/demanding higher tips.

Massages are a very personal type of a treatment I prefer massage massages for relaxation, and I feel that they just jumped right in without easing you into the massage and started very fast and very hard. I guess if that's what you're looking for. It's perfect. Their prices are very fair especially if you join their membership. I know they will get up and walk on your back if you ask them to or want them to, but I just found it was not relaxing and the lady was moving her hands way too fast and too hard to be enjoying. I'm not sure why this has so many good reviews. I assume a lot of people like fast moving hands on their massages. I did ask her to slow down which she did, but it still was just uncomfortable. I don't feel that she massaged my muscles in a way that I typically would get them done. I also feel that she used way too much massage oil on me. It felt very slippery and it actually made noises. It is definitely an older location, so there is somewhat of a smell in the rooms. All in all, it just wasn't my cup of tea

We booked the couples spa day, which included a one-hour Vichy shower, one-hour couples massage, and 30 minutes in the salt room with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. We started with the Vichy shower, which was the PERFECT way to start the day. It really set the mood and left us feeling so clean, smooth, and relaxed going into our massage. The massage was so relaxing that my husband actually started snoring! We finished everything off in the salt room with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, which was such a nice ending to the experience. The ambiance was exactly what I want from a spa day.
