Perfect for unwinding down! I also loved taking off my shoes at the entrance. It made the whole room feel clean and hygienic.

Massages are a very personal type of a treatment I prefer massage massages for relaxation, and I feel that they just jumped right in without easing you into the massage and started very fast and very hard. I guess if that's what you're looking for. It's perfect. Their prices are very fair especially if you join their membership. I know they will get up and walk on your back if you ask them to or want them to, but I just found it was not relaxing and the lady was moving her hands way too fast and too hard to be enjoying. I'm not sure why this has so many good reviews. I assume a lot of people like fast moving hands on their massages. I did ask her to slow down which she did, but it still was just uncomfortable. I don't feel that she massaged my muscles in a way that I typically would get them done. I also feel that she used way too much massage oil on me. It felt very slippery and it actually made noises. It is definitely an older location, so there is somewhat of a smell in the rooms. All in all, it just wasn't my cup of tea

Ask for karen! I…read morejust got the best massage! If you like a therapeutic deep tissue massage that will hurt so good she's the one. Of course she will adjust the pressure but you must communicate. Her English is very little but she knows the body very well. She found places I didn't know were causing me pain like around my ears and elbows. When she asks "pain" she means is this where you want her to focus. She will ask you what areas and if the pressure is good. So I will be honest, I have followed Karen and her husband Daniel around central Florida to different spas. She is worth the drive. I came up from tampa to see her. I suffer from migraines and I am disabled from military service. When I haven't seen her my migraines come back and it hurts to live. So I make sure to see her as much as I can. She's a kind woman and I highly recommend her!
